I've been talking to a girl at work for a while now. We eat lunch outside together, go on walks, and stay longer than we need to just talking. We've had serious conversations and even joked about what if we dated and people at work have noticed something between us. I kept putting off telling her how I feel because I wanted a better setting and it felt weird doing it at our usual lunch spot. But I realized waiting is just making things drag on and the ambiguity isn't helping either of us. So I'm just going to tell her I like her and want something serious next time we hang out and ask how she feels. Am I making the right call or should I wait for a better moment?

If she's actually into you, she won't care when you do it.

Asking her out at your usual outdoors lunch spot sounds romantic and not weird at all. She's probably been hoping you'd ask her out during lunch for a while.

I should ask her out tomorrow then. I've delayed too much

My coworkers go out of their way to tell me how much they hate being approached by men
