Schizophrenia comes as a result of nerve damage. So your brain is feeling weird impulses from your nerves and interpreting them as if they came naturally. So hearing sounds, seeing visions, are the most common signs, but phantom touch and taste can be there too. Nerve damage is either the result of a terrible diet or prolonged exposure to toxins, most likely both. Your nerves need b vitamins to function which are found abundantly in fresh foods like vegetables and meat. Freezing them or heating them for long periods will destroy the b-vitamins, and is the reason processed food is less healthy, aside from preservatives. Eating a diet of mainly preserved foods would very likely result in neurological damage like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and in serious cases things like fibromyalgia, autism and schizophrenia. Your body needs a constant supply of c and b vitamins because they can't be stored in your body, nor does your body produce them, namely because human diets in the past ate an abundance of foods containing these.

Having said that, how's your diet looking anons? Eating your fruits and vegetables I hope.

People are born with ADHD and autism?
>>
mine is hereditary though like 20% of my family is schizophrenic

i actually have a good diet
i'm eating homemade chili right now
>>
>>84418472
Yes, and they shared the blood of their parent for nutrients. Guess what their parents ate?

>>84418474
There's a genetic link in how your body reacts to the stress of low b vitamins. Just as there's a genetic link to the stress of swimming or the stress of learning. The stress of fasting and the stress of manual labor. It's about gene expression that gradually shifts over time.

>>84418470
It's high in probiotics but I don't think it's very healthy as a habit.

>>84418483
Good to hear. Chili is a fantastic meal, especially homemade, especially with a side of fresh cream or cheese. I'd imagine your symptoms of mental health are very minor on a day to day basis.
>>
>>84418517
>I'd imagine your symptoms of mental health are very minor on a day to day basis.
not exactly lol
>>
>>84418461
So if I just eat healthy I'll stop being schizophrenic?
>>
>>84418542
Well the body needs more than a good diet to repair itself. Rest, light exercise/ exertion, stress reduction, and good company are important as well. People can talk you out of your mental confounding and situations that seem elsewise impossible to navigate.

what seems to be the issue then?

It's one of the most studied correlations that might as well be causal or a catalyzer at this point.
Vegetables are a net negative on human health due to their lack of micronutrients AND saping nutrients away with their antinutrients. There's 0 reason to be eating them aside from dogma and indoctrination from the last century

Are you dense? Those tests are far above the normal amount of glyphosate than any human would be ingesting. If you know anything about animal testing you would know most published studies are conducted in a similar manner (overdosing), namely to show an effect, which means their work is substantive and worthy of investing in. Most results do not produce effects and the experiments continue repeating until they get the results they want. It's barbaric and unreliable.

Man what a weird vitriolic tangent to go on into when you could just admit you're wrong and indoctrinated. Everything i posted so far has been about observations on humans.
There's 0 benefit to eating greens and leaves and vegetables. It's an old meme that needs to die.
>>
>>84418729
????? Read your own fucking studies you link retard ??????
>>
>>84418729
Also if there was no benefit to eating leafy greens and vegetables then why would every animal we eat, eat them? The only exception is seafood, which evolved differently as it doesn't have access to agriculture.
>>
>>84418733
Well good for you i copy pasted them from my stash, i still dont give a shit and you disproved nothing you're just sperging out
Typical emotionally instable vegan
>>
>>84418461
You're retarded. It's just your schizophrenia playing out, the diet conclusions make no sense. You get plenty of vitamin C and B vitamins if you eat fruit and meat. You can also store great amounts of them for weeks as opposed to sume stuff that barely lasts a couple days. And everything you said could happen doesn't relate to diet, unless maybe the mother's diet before you're born. Take your meds.

>There's 0 benefit to eating greens and leaves and vegetables
There is though. They are fiber and microelement supplements.
>>
>>84418766
>Fiber
Indigestible, useless and blocks the absorption of multiple nutrients and also messes with your gut microbiome and bowel movement. It's just cellulose. Why dont you eat sawn tree bark
>microelement supplements.
They're poor in them and have low bioavailability (in simple terms it's in forms your body cant use)
Just because something contains x doesn't mean it's a sustainable or considerable source of it
>>
>>84418773
>Indigestible, useless and blocks the absorption of multiple nutrients and also messes with your gut microbiome and bowel movement
Ah yes, have fun with constipation, anal fissures, hemorrhoids and possible colon cancer.
>They're poor in them and have low bioavailability
It simply isn't true for vitamins, non-metallic elements and a wast majority of metals. What you're talking about is literally just iron, just one fucking thing. If you think you can get everything in good enough capacity from pure meat I really hope you drink the blood too.
>>
Notice how cooked meat is considered processed. Salts with nuts are "processed" bro.

The meaning of processed to the average retarded American has gone out the window. When you say processed food they think of a bag of Cheetos and ultra processed isn't in their vocabulary below a certain IQ level. You know this to be true.
>>
>>84418790
>have fun with constipation, anal fissures, hemorrhoids and possible colon cancer.
What ? How does stressing your guts with indigestible matter prevent that lmao you're just repeating dogma from the 1980s yet again
>vitamins, non-metallic elements and a wast majority of metals
Vitamin D3 vs D2. Impossible to absorb or synthesis without saturated fat intake. Infact made of cholesterol.
Vitamin A, carotene vs retinol in liver. One is a dye that is flushed through your guts the other is even more bioavailable than the topical synthetic form in abundance.
Vitamin E, cant even be absorbed due to fiber content of vegetables.
Vitamin B, either very poor or inactive forms.
Proteins : shitty amino acids profiles, malabsorbed yet again due to antinutrients
There's a reason vegans need a dozen different supplements. I wont even go into detail of what nutrients vegetables lack, it's in the double dozen.
>If you think you can get everything in good enough capacity from pure meat I really hope you drink the blood too.
Milk + offals + fruits literally covers all your micros and macros, in abundance.
>>
>>84418758
>>84418762
I want people to be healthy and eating meat is healthy. You're confusing me with vegan guy. But you can get the same nutrition for a lot cheaper by eating unprocessed foods and ingredients which you'd have to make into their own meals. Flour, beans and rice have protein and b vitamins, and have been eaten as staples of cuisine since Mesopotamia. It's the processing of ingredients to make them shelf stable for months which is the issue. Food is supposed to spoil in a few days if not a week because it contains ingredients (vitamins and minerals) micro and macro organisms want to eat. Your bull and pig meat is being fed genetically modified corn and corn husks to begin with and your deer and chicken also eat corn, so your argument against pesticides is ridiculous. If anything, by eating meat you'd be exposing yourself to all the pesticides and chemicals that accumulated over the animal's lifetime.

>>84418765
Pigs have larger intestines because they eat more than humans, and grow bigger faster as a result. In general they weigh 300 lbs commercially or 800 lbs in special breeds.

>>84418773
Funny that you posted an intestine yet cannot understand the microorganisms lining your intestine need fiber for sustenance.
Plants are the best sources of elemental supplements like zinc or magnesium, and are more easily absorbed in the bloodstream than by pill form.

>>84418803
No, smoked meat isn't cooked meat. It's dried out and loses some of it's nutritional value in order to store it for long periods.
>>
>>84418844
>microorganisms lining your intestine need fiber for sustenance.
Says who ? What a baseless outlandish claim. Why would they need something they cant process ? Humans are maladapted to cellulose, even cows have to regurgitate them thrice and still end up bloated by their actual natural diet that relies on cellulose.
All you're doing is introducing nocive bacteria to your gut and overworking beneficial one that could be breaking down actual food.
>Plants are the best sources of elemental supplements like zinc or magnesium
Lol what ??
Once again
Contains =/= good source of =/= fills your daily needs
If anything tannins and phytates in plants will bring you to a negative when it comes to minerals
>>
>>84418844
>Flour, beans and rice have protein
Incomplete. You need like 1kg of bread for 10g of protein
>b vitamins
There's 8 of them, plants only have half decent amounts of 2, and these 2 are the ones you can literally never deficient in and not only do they lack the most important one b12 they also block it's absorption lol
>Mesopotamia
Slave society who cares
>>
>No, smoked meat isn't cooked meat. It's dried out and loses some of it's nutritional value in order to store it for long periods.
i like how out of my entire response, this irrelevant reply was the only thing available I guess... Whoooooosh.

Look at gorillas, they are closely related to humans, but much bigger than them. Their diet is primarily vegan and they are strong as fuck. In fact almost every animal larger than humans primarily eats leaves, grain and vegetables. The exception of course are sea animals, bears and lions. Horses, elephants, cows, boars, hippos, rhinos, moose, wildebeest. Evolutionary, animals have been getting smaller and more specialized for fighting, but these animals form herds which allow them to eat a lot without being hunted. And what's the most abundant food? Plants. Well at least plants WERE the most abundant until humans started mass scaling their farming operations. Now meat is super abundant.

>>84418906
>10g in 1 kg of bread
Not even close? It's like 80g? Where the fuck are you getting this from???? Literally just fucking Google it

>>84418926
Well it's hard to respond to everything here when I actually research things before responding. It's much easier to point out things that are wrong.
>>

>Well it's hard to respond to everything here when I actually research things before responding. It's much easier to point out things that are wrong.

what exactly was wrong about the post? You just said a redundant thing that doesn't have anything to do with my post. Lol. Must be autism.
>>
>>84418940
That smoked meat is not cooked meat? It's literally processed for long term storage, and has been done so for millennia.
>>
>>84418932
Ok go ahead faggot eat only grass and tubers for a month straight and report back
>>
>>84418948
I never said smoked meat is not cooked, I never even said anything about smoked meat. Also do you know what cooking even is? Do you think the smoke rising up into the meat is cold? Are you retarded by chance?
>>
>>84418983
>Notice how cooked meat is considered processed. Salts with nuts are "processed" bro.
Ah, must have been the wind, my bad.

>>84418971
If I had a massive stomach and digestive tract it wouldn't be an issue. My human body is too small to get all of it's protein and nutrients from plants, so eating meat every once in a while is necessary. And eating meat every day is still a healthy lifestyle. Just realize there are cheaper alternatives to the things you eat, that can benefit you as well. If you ate fresh killed meat, I wouldn't criticize you in the slightest, but factory farmed, drained, cooled or frozen beef/ pork is quite distant from a hunted meal and it's nutrition is not as stellar as you'd think. It's macros are incredible though, and it can taste good with fewer seasonings and preparation time. Many store bought vegetables and herbs are so fresh you can replant them in the ground. You should also supplement your diet with flour, grain and beans.
>>
>>84418461
That is almost all true, but fruits and vegetables are awful for nutrition.
>>
>>84419112
These little yellow-red thingies are great. Fiber, natural sugar, flavonoids, vitamin c

where can i get paid to pat cows on the head while not having to live near, or smell, their shit?
>>
>>84418461
"Processed" dose'nt nesicarly mean good or bad. It depends on what the process is. Really you need to stay away form commercial food products. Anything with a fancy package, brand and a marketing team. You know you're being kiked.
I'll put it this way, you should be able to shop at ALDI or Trader Joe's, buy all your food for way less, and not need to go to another store for kike food products.
Who the fuck cares what brand your eggs and butter are as long as the quality is on good. And it's almost always good because they can't legally sell it if isn't.
