It's some bullshit. I went on a date once and the lady asked me what type of phone I have. I said it's a Oneplus and she looked at me bit disappointed. I never want to suffer that humiliation ever again so I started using iPhone in 2022. I'm deep in the ecosystem now with a Macbook Air, Apple Watch Ultra, and Airpods.
