What boards are still alive in current year? It seems like /pol/ is the only one that moves faster than a dying snail.
>>
>>84434987
/int/ /v/ /r9k/ and /pol/ are the last surviving boards. Non algorithmic social medias are just dying in general.
>>
>>84434987
/pol/ is all astroturfed spam, been that way for years. slow boards are good boards.

According to 4stats it's basically just a few of the videogame boards and /pol/ + /int/ now. /b/ and /trash/ are spammy shitholes so they don't count, and the rest are useless if you aren't into anime or tv shows.

Pol was created by moot at the direct request of Epstein to push far right propaganda. This was one of the most interesting revelations from the Epstein files IMO. This is why it remains popular, it's just propagandists propagandizing propagandists at this point.

The thing is we knew about moon's meet-up with Jeffrey when it happened. We knew the addition/return of a political board was a suggestion. We knew about astroturfing, bots, and shills. And yet for some reason the fact that the shills were posting from within the house just never become popular with the culture. Old fags know,
>we really really need to delete /pol/

/v/ is the fastest and best

proof?

>proof?
I think moot straight up said so in a blog post around 2012
>>
>>84435705
literally just go to youtube and type in epstein 4chan. but dropsitenews and coffeezilla broke down the epstein file releases as they were coming out if you want a more comprehensive break down.
>>
>>84435705
I don't remember Moot ever releasing a blogpost about meeting up with a pedophile and starting a politics board because of blackmail material held by said pedo

I do. This also coincided with the return of /r9k/. Gain this was 2011/12 so Jeff wasnt pinned yet. Pizzagate didnt even exist yet. You're probably a newfag or glowing anyways so don't respond to me.
>>
>>84435855
that is not at all what happened, but seeing you attempt to deflect by calling other people new and demand they not speak to you is hilarious. report it to the hall monitor, bitch. is your argument here really that moot made a blogpost in 2012 that he made /pol/ to push right wing propaganda? how stupid are you? how stupid do you think the people you are talking to are? zoom zoom.
>>
>>84435855
What blackmail material did Epstein have on him?

>>84435061
int is probably only alive cause of the generals

we cant know exactly what was said, but we know epstein operated from a place of influence and leverage. mook deleted /r9k/ for a reason. he kept deleting the boards devoted to news for a reason. the former was a whiny bitchfest that only ever wanted to bawww about women and how much of a victim they were in life and the latter were immediately filled with nazis. moof was never a fan of politics on 4chan and hated the attempts to organize anonymous, he always made that clear. chanology, occupy, gamergate, those were all against what he wanted as anons revolted and he attempted to shut recruitment down. the most effective way for this was to mock how cringey they were which was true but mainstream media kept hyping them up as dangerous and extremist which only heightened the mystique and made them an actual threat. this is true of incels and most online extremist movements as well, and it is a miscalculation that liberals keep making so systematically that it seems a bit purposeful, and was always a great way to get rid of contrarian narratives and control viewpoints especially on already demonized sites like 4chan. if mool did make /pol/ and /r9k2/ at the behest of epstein, it was against his own wishes and only because he was directly threatened or bribed with something he desperately wanted. it is incredibly clear how much he hated /pol/ or at least what it rapidly became. in every leaked chat the mod team makes it clear he would destroy /pol/ in an instant if he knew the mob wouldnt just infest everywhere else as /r9k/ did when deleted the first time. containment boards only create radicalization silos, and he did try to destroy /pol/ during gg repeatedly. all it did was make the mob turn on him, which he seemed to be able to handle, and his family and friends, which he could not.

perhaps the people who should be blamed for the state of 4chan and /pol/ specifically are the ones who actually use it and make it as it is. you have equal influence here.

Moot was a little twink and got his ass raped by HUNG pedos several times on camera as a child. Just like all Google employees, this is part of the ritual they must perform to live in the lap of luxury.
>>
>>84435050
i remember when pol was just people laughing at silly sjw videos. then trump ran for president and place became reddit central
>>
>>84434987
I wonder if the speed of boards is directly related to how much someone posts on them and if the density and number of replies is tied to the density and number of posts. What could be the fix for this? Is there a way to make boards have topics I like and posts I want to read?
>>
>>84437114
Hm. He was fat as a child from drinking too much soda and only became a twink a year or two into running 4chan when he lost all the weight after getting arrested and clearly developing a body dysmorphia-fueled restrictive eating disorder from how everyone suddenly treated him as a Chad and not a proto-school shooter. Pedos dont fuck fat little boys on camera. Even Google ones.
>>
>>84437124
reddit loves trump and posting about gassing the kikes, lynching niggers, slaughtering fags, and repealing the 19th?
>>
>>84435375
>posting about television shows
>on the footfag cunny actress board
>>
>>84437166
Yes. 2010's Reddit was just 4chan with accounts and upvoting back then. The most popular sub before r/thedonald was r/jailbait. Just below those was a bunch of shock and gore subs.
>>
>>84437207
oh good, you have actual memory. most people replying mean modern reddit. yes, fatpeoplehate was another big one as were sites devoted to mockin ebonics. when reddit decided to purge many of those they switched to freeze peach platforms like voat just as twitter and youtube had their own relative clones (forgot the twitter one other than the current truth social, bitchute was youtubes yeah?). the reddit culture considered stereotypical of nice guy mlady simps was literally ported over from crossposters on /r9k/ where it originated. hence the formal language memes of
>you, sir, win the internet
>GENTLEMEN
and the focus on atheism, science, and posting either hating women or whiteknighting for pussy (and then hating women when they wouldnt put out and were put off by it). jailbait as you noted was a particular massive topic, so were creepshots and upskirts. thank you for knowing your history unlike most people on here and elsewhere.

this is why the reddit v 4chan framing never made sense, especially when throwing in tumblr or other sites like twitter. moot and wt snacks had to tumblrs. chrishateswriting was a vanity url for moot.tumblr.com and it would show it was a tumblr account when clicked. 4chan had an official tumblr blog and would display server status. every
>blogpost
mentioned is specifically about *the tumblr* account and not the on-site newsposts. amas started on /r9k/ and became associated with reddit culture. moot has a massive ama on reddit under his handle where the users adore him and women try to fuck him repeatedly. given the massive crossover in culture which only split into factions around 2014 so heavily, i am unsure what trying to insist /pol/ was reddit central was meant to imply other than people attempting to curate notoriety with personas (gag, grifters and content creators took that over) and taking everything so seriously as life-or-death pseudointellectualism. but that was also originally an /r9k/ problem as well.
