I think we're still a ways off and then even further from it becoming afortable. And robotics is bound by the laws of physics. Making a processor faster isn't going to change the mechanics of how a servo works.

I could guess the meanings because I knew the kanji form of the hiragana words but it gets annoying when you have to think twice to read something you already know. I'll keep reading My Merry May and Ponkotsu Ponko, my vocab definitely needs more words and I underestimated the task. 8500 words isn't even enough to read fluently so I will delay conversation practice until I get to a comfortable reading level with any genre of manga or visual novel.
