This is why we need a system that aggressively prunes dumb laws. Age of consent is a silly idea to legislate. Laws allow lawyers and politicians. Two things you absolutely cannot tolerate in order to have a healthy society. Council of elders model is much better. Don't steal, don't kill(unless it's a thief caught in the act or in response to an attack). Good level of baseline, everything else is nuance and elders should be allowed to administer justice at their discretion. Only tricky bit is making sure no women or jews are on the council. Someone diverting shit in the water? Take it before Elders. Shit dumper can be fined, killed, or both. Fines are used to make the affected whole. Someone caught stealing? Document it but don't waste elder's time, execute thief on the spot. Wife caught being unfaithful? Take her before elders then she is executed. This would be the hardest because cuck husbands may not want her executed but marriage is a religious custom, human judgement has no place for broken vows. Justice does not work if there's shades of gray allowed, if it's not worth killing someone over it's not actually a crime. Most cases should be simple matters, which the Bible already outlines. Sheep dies in hired hands care, he is blameless unless it was negligence. The farmer hired him so it is the same as if it died under the farmer. Drunk driver careens through the fence? She replaces the fence and pays three times over what it costs to make up for the owner's time and distress of fence getting fucked up. Someone's shitbull mauls another person's dog, owner of shitbull buys injured party five replacement dogs. Shitbull kills a kid, blood money or dog owner is executed if they can't afford it. This greatly simplifies things and the focus is on making any victims whole. I don't give a shit about rehabilitation or reintegration and neither does the victim. The crime never should have happened in the first place.
