I live in a liberal town in a blue state. Because of my job particularly, everyone assumes I'm a liberal and I hate Trump. If they found out I voted for him 3 times, they would probably find an excuse to fire me.

A few things I have heard liberals say unironically:

My mom was actually crying because of Trump a few years ago and I had to tell her, look, I don't fucking like him either but you can't let yourself get so upset about shit we have no power to change. Hilary vs Trump was paralyzing for someone like me, there is no way I can make a choice there.
