ive cognitively regressed so much i literally unironically started drooling. isolation, doomscrolling and other bad habits kill me

I relate, I can't even speak my native language anymore, I have to look up commonly used words when I go outside once every four or five months.

I haven't been the best either. These past 2 years were really hard on me.

isolation is not directly bad, it doesn't literally harm you physically or kill you, only makes you feel a bit bad.

anyway if you don't want to stay like this then cut out all useless entertainment in your life. and maybe try meditating, you just have to sit there be more aware of everything and don't focus on any thought, it helps clear your mind, at least for me.

you should only get dopamine from work you like.

It's amazing how stupid people are I'm genuinely impressed at your tolerance for slop and brainrot. How did you even solve the captcha?
