on friday, i binged on chicken alfredo that my mom made and some garlic bread and finished it off with some fat boy ice cream sandwiches
on saturday, i started off with a sandwich and fruit and then i said fuck it i already binged yesterday might as well do it today. i had more fat boy ice cream sandwiches and gansitos.
today, i had more sandwiches with fruit and ice cream sandwiches and more gansitos.
hopefully this is the last time i do this as i dont want to fall into that painful cycle again. p.s. youre so real for the ice cream lol.

Not binging is hard as fuck I swear. They make food way too good and expect us to eat a moderate amount of it. Actually crazy

I've been binging ketamine for 3 days and don't know how to feel. It's like I'm melting into liquid but it will have to end eventually but it doesn't feel harsh and bad like a binge on the typical stimulants/opioids.
I gotta take 12 hours to sober up so I can finally get out of bed and do things.

yes, gansitos are this mexican mini chocolate cake snack thing. they're really good, too good it's almost like the devil lol. those ice cream sandwiches were in fact good asf.
also, yess, i agree. I know a lot of people binge due to things like stress and what not but for me it's the taste. i'll be doing fine throughout the day and then boom the sudden taste/crave for chocolate and sweet things hit my mouth and im like holy shit lol.
