Wait..... every single woman is in a constant loop of having their moods spiral because of the menstrual cycle?
>>
Oh come on, OP. Most of the time you wouldn't be able to tell unless we're having a heavy period.
>>
>>84556975
Yes. Usually it makes them either sadder or bitchier or more emotional but there is a part of their cycle that makes them horny animals too so not all bad.
>>
>>84556996
Maybe the men you only interact with occasionally are fooled, but the men you interact with regularly can always tell.
My sister starts acting like a gigantic bitch and that's how I know it's that time of the month.
>>
>>84557038
No, they don't. The only time I'm bitch is, again, when I'm having a heavy day as the cramps are horrendous. I don't have them often.
>>
>>84557094
Yeah they do. You aren't nearly as subtle as you think you are.
>>
>>84557119
My family would say it if it were true. They all don't have a filter.
>>
>>84557130
Do they point out every time you blink or sneeze or breathe or poop or any other regular bodily function?
They're used to you turning into a raging bitch every month so they don't bother to say anything.

Want to get into the weeds of it every single human is in a constant loop of having their moods spiral because of a wide range of things such as sleep deprivation, hunger, loneliness, etc. No human is truly in control of themselves.
>>
>>84557139
Lol no. They don't. If I am acting like one, they call me out on it.
>>
For vast majority of women, if they are acting bitchy, just feed them something.

No idea why but it just works. To be clear: my gf is 95lbs. Whenever she acts bitchy, period or not, I just give her something to eat. Instant smile and she's happy lmao. It's funny.
>>
>>84556975
Erm yes. I always get more irritable before my period. I was a bitch to my sister there past couple of days so I had to apologise to her. I also get an insane desire to eat chocolate. I have eaten almost half a kilo of chocolate the past 3 days. About to munch on a chocolate cake soon, its in the oven. I dont know how to curb it, i would usually eat sweet potato but my brother ate all of the ones I brought. Please send help.
>>
>>84557184
The first thing that came to mind is you need to hit the gym and then use the heightened hunger post workout to make healthy food taste better (this is what happens to me, when i'm hungry after a workout food that is normally boring tasting will taste amazing).

But I'm a biomale and I have no experience of what it feels like to go through menses so who knows if you can hit the gym?

The chocolate thing is pretty well known, just in my life I know of many women who alway say that they crave chocolate during their menses.

I hope it can be changed and instead healthy food can replace it. Sweet potato is really great. Unfortunately you ran out because of your brother.
>>
>>84556996
Many women experience pms/pmdd
The mood swings happen before the period is even decided
a hormonal shift occurs all throughout different phases of the cycle

> providing for a woman makes a woman happe
who could have guessed
Feeding has the same role for women romantically as having sex is for men. Men are addicted to sex, women are addicted to food. Men see sex as connection and intimacy, women see sharing food as connection and intimacy.
It is funny to think that there is a saying that men love with their bellies, but really it is women who process love through their bellies. This is also why anorexic women are usually insane, but anorexic men are pretty damn chill.

I bought like 2kg of sweet potato and I took like half of it. I eat sweet potato almost daily as it curbs my desire for sweets in general. Or I eat porridge with honey but all the honey has been used up. Honestly its kinda on me for not buying more. I dont know chocolate ia just so good its the only candy im weak for.
>But I'm a biomale and I have no experience of what it feels like to go through menses so who knows if you can hit the gym?
Youre way more fatigued and the mood is generally lower which can destroy motivation. I dont go to the gym in the first days of my mensens as I believe rest is alot more inportant. I sleep more during that time too. But after the heavy bleeding is over my mood starts getting better and being active feels great again. Its usually the time before and the first days if the mensens that makes you feel like garbage.
>The first thing that came to mind is you need to hit the gym and then use the heightened hunger post workout to make healthy food taste better
Food does taste better but I think the best thing you can do is to ignore the cravings and replace it. I have heard the reason women want chocolate is because it contains magnesium and lots of carbs, so I have been meaning to buy magnesium pills or magnesium rich foods.
>>
>>84557208
She isn't going to fuck you, retard
>>
>>84557278
everything you wrote makes 100 percent sense to me. And yeah I though the chocolate thing must be due to the abundance of carbs, and the magnesium hit is a great point too. I also eat sweet potatoes everyday and agree they're fantastic for a variety of reasons. I do take magnesium both citrate and glycinate versions and you should definitely look into that. Porridge with honey is also so good, as well as with blueberries, and a drizzle of coconut oil.

>>84557302
It's cool smartguy I'm not looking for sex. Just genuinely enjoy a convo with a chick that isn't talking about kim kardashian or the latest fuckin netflix bullshit. I'm actually interested in menses, as a guy, and so learning a bit more about it is valuable to me.
>>
>>84557302
Thanks for providing no valuable input
>>84557302
I think its alright to eat choc as long as its dark and in smaller portions.
>Porridge with honey is also so good, as well as with blueberries, and a drizzle of coconut oil.
I eat my porridge a little weird. I blend it into a fine powder and then proceed to cook it into thick goop which has been sweetened with honey and spiced with cinnamon cardamom nutmeg and cloves. Mmm baby food, yummy
>>
>>84557392
>Thanks for providing no valuable input
It was incredibly value, stop vibrating
>>
>>84557158
Yeah, like I said, you're not subtle.
>>
>>84557392
i can see the appeal of eating your porridge that way lol. Is your blender a good version? I don't own one because I've heard that all of them are awful to clean.
And far enough, yeah the dark choc is apparently more healthy.
I personally just don't eat it because after I eat something really sweet other things like carrots stop being sweet. So I just eat carrots lol. They're pretty sweet to me.
>>
>>84557431
I have one of those handheld blenders. They are okey to clean. Worst case scenarios I have had to grind it to a fine powder with a mortar and pestle.
>I personally just don't eat it because after I eat something really sweet other things like carrots stop being sweet.
Hm smart. I should impliment that too. Sweets does ruin the satisfaction of eating fruits.
>>
>>84557478
desu i think your method is way better, i don't trust the other blenders because if they can't be cleaned sufficiently then they will grow mould and bacteria. a hand held one (plus pestle and mortar when required) is the best option.
And yeha I absolutely recommend you implementing the no junkfood (or whatever you want to call it) thing because if it works like it worked for me it will be so good for you. As an example, I had some slices of orange (the fruit) the other day and they tasted sincerely incredible. It's just a totally different experience after your tongue has been able to recalibrate from being flooded by junkfood. Another amazing thing is a blueberry, even frozen ones, they just taste amazing now. But yeah, even carrots are sweet now. It should also make sweet potato taste even better, I think. Also look into acquiring a pressure cooker for yourself if you want to cook up sweet potato fast, the instant pot pressure cookers are pretty good for this. Can chuck in like 2 or 3 medium size sweet potatoes and cook them for 20 mins (pressure cooked on high) and then let it de-pressurize for 10 or 15 mins and they are done, really tasty.
>>
>>84556975
they blame menstrual cycles but they are moody bitches even when not bleeding. Women have animal brains which is why they have mood swings.
>>
>>84557501
>And yeha I absolutely recommend you implementing the no junkfood
Im trying but its hard damn it. Especially when you live with parents who dont always cook healthy foods. And I struggle with the discipline sometimes too.
>As an example, I had some slices of orange (the fruit) the other day and they tasted sincerely incredible.
Citrus fruits are such a pleasure. I hate sour candy but clementine always hit the spot. Would eat berries too but they're so expensive nowadays. I have unironically thought about just picking wild blueberries myself instead if buying.
>Also look into acquiring a pressure cooker for yourself if you want to cook up sweet potato fast, the instant pot pressure cookers are pretty good for this.
I always just wrap them in aluminium foil and throw them in thr oven or an airfryer for like 80mins. Its very time-consuming. Damn im gonna try your method thanks for the advice. You put them in water or what?
I always like to eat my sweet potatoes with salt. Sweet and salty. so good

The discipline you use there to avoid the junkfood and eat the healthier foods will have other beneficial impacts in your life.

>Citrus fruits are such a pleasure. I hate sour candy but clementine always hit the spot. Would eat berries too but they're so expensive nowadays. I have unironically thought about just picking wild blueberries myself instead if buying.

Yeah I rarely eat citrus fruits but when I do these days I really enjoy them. I don't know much about clementines, I think we just call them mandarins here where I live, but yeah, when I eat one it's amazing because they just taste incredible. Better than any junkfood treat imo.

>I always just wrap them in aluminium foil and throw them in thr oven or an airfryer for like 80mins. Its very time-consuming. Damn im gonna try your method thanks for the advice. You put them in water or what?

Yeah. So my pressurecooker inner pot (which is removable) is like 5.7 litres and I fill it with 2 medium size sweet potatoes and then fill it up with water, maybe just enough so the pot is a quarter full of water. Cook them in that and they're tasty. They do come out with a lot of water though, and they're very soft. You could drain the water if you wish. Like when you press down on the sweet potato it will squish down and a lot of water will pour out. And yeah I add salt and pepper and they're delicious with that simple seasoning.

Trvke

I still think ill remake a chocolate connoisseur. I bought high quality online yesterday. I gotta get better with portion control though once I start i just feel like I need to eat it all. Binge eating, ughhhhh its such a bad habit I have. Hence the sweet potato, it helps alot with the binge eating too.

Yeah I almost have no self control once I start, I'll just eat the entirety of whatever the tasty high sugar high fat thing is. I used to really enjoy sara lea chocolate mudcakes. I had some cupcakes on the weekend which were delicious, and a few pancakes. I could have eaten way more but I had the will power to stop. But mostly I just totally abstain because that's the easier path for me, I discovered.

>I couldnt find any more with the same format as the previous ones :(

I was chuckling to myself at your display of that series of images lol.

Holy shit same. I feel like once I have its too hard to stop. I haave been abstaining from unhealthy shit but the past two weeks I have fallen out of habit. Its unironically difficult to change habits imo. I have been more wary regarding my health as I come to the conclusion that if I continue down this path I'll be miserable when I get older.
>I was chuckling to myself at your display of that series of images lol.
Happy to hear that.
>>
>>84557708
Yeah! That's a very important point, what you choose to do now impacts not just now but also later on when you're older. That can provide motivation sometimes when you need it to get on a new habit, or get back on a habit you drifted from. It's been a good chat, I have to head off shortly.
>>
>>84557723
Its been a good chat with you too! I have to go too, so I hope you have a good day anon!! Thanks for the great advice and takes!!
>>
>>84557766
all good, i hope you have a good day too :)

Oh trust me, we know. I've worked with women and had a female boss for about a year now and this job is toxic as fuck because the men never get praised, the women get put on a pedestal, and every fucking mood swing, unfair emotional decision, and poor planning gets blamed on "muh period" or something.

Women are a nightmare to be around, please leave the work force. We all genuinely hate you, just most men won't say it.
>>
Beats being on the verge of a manbaby meltdown at any second like autist such as you, OP.
>>
>>84556975
Pretty much, wife was being a bitch last weekend then her period started yesterday.
