You know what would really help me overcome lust? Seeing pictures of naked women, the same ones, at age 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, etc to rotting corpses. Yes I know all women age, and it is foolish to long for desires of the flesh, all bodies including my own are temporary and in a state of inevitable decline and death, but this is just a concept on the back burner whenever my lust is provoked.
