playing the comparison game in your head is a human trait and takes a lot of effort to not engage in, though envy will eat your soul. luckily i have always been very detached by nature so i can usually put it aside, but in the moment i can catch my mind doing it too. recognizing it for what it is the first step

I go to a school for people for autistic people and every one of them is so much happier than me and some of them get welfare despite driving cars and having gfs and working. its weird how im suffering so much and these people arent. to me theyre just fakers who want to cheat to get money and i cant stand that
