Starcraft: Ghost, single player stealth infiltration game that has you going into Zerg hives and shit. Would steal the Mercs and Spies game mode from the dead Splinter Cell game and make it Marines vs Ghosts.

I would also steal the tech from the old Alien vs Predator game and make Zerg playable and let you run on the walls like AvP.

In other words I would be stealing good shit from tons of other dead games. I would have the gore system from Soldier of Fortune. Endless amounts of gadgets that do all types of weird shit.
Would also steal the Alien Isolation tech and give that AI to the Zerg and some of the Protoss units, like Dark Templar.

I want a game where the crafting is the progression and it doesn't force you to "explore" for needles in a haystack. Instead everything would be research based and there would be various ways to increase research, like taking drugs.

Very important that it's made like Gladius. So basically they would have to do the opposite of what game developers do that made every dogshit for the last 15 years. It has to be fun and cool. Outdated concepts perhaps, but fuck them it has to be this way.

3rd person shooter with rpg elements and cast of cute girls/robots. Keep the simplified rock paper scissors system of air>land/land>artillery/artillery/air. More punitive mechanics for poorly organized teamwork and lonewolf types. Remove the gacha shit. Drop the quests because they don't seem to have any effect on story and are a drag to farm for items. More bossing, they balanced the lead up and interesting mechanics almost perfectly and farming was enjoyable enough. The dungeon system of different floors randomly generated every week was interesting, different routes to memorize, different biomes for different drops, and hard key or easy key dropped each floor to take different routes so you had to map it out and actually write things down once the paths exceed what can be memorized. It wasn't fun but a cool idea. The multi-player pvp was the best part of the game but connection problems and latency at times made in unplayable.
Also needs to be fun and cool, so no new vidya design philosophy.

Nothing changed or updated, not even graphics and definitely not interface. Perfect as is aside from being a pain to get running. Maybe better ai that isn't just damage/research/resource scaling

I really like KCD 1 and 2 but I think a game like this would be much more fun with more player freedom, more sandboxy gameplay. Players should be able to create their own character with different starting scenarios - like a bumbling yokel like in KCD1, a guy getting forced to be a bandit who starts as a footsoldier and can work himself up to a crime boss or maybe even a Nobel that fell on hard times, with the goal to rebuild his castle. This could be a fun multiplayer game I think. The roles are filled with players and less fun roles that are needed in game could be rewarded by earning some in game currency to be able to fund roles that are more fun but are expensive. Players should be able to gain an unfair advantage in game if they pay real money for it - but it will be expensive to milk whales and to limit the amounts of "lords" in game and to keep it realistic.
I have my most fun in KCD when I'm just roaming the lush forests and do random shit and I really dislike getting stuck into a mission chain that impedes my freedom. The monastery mission in KCD1 was horrible and I've looked longingly out the window (in game), wishing to just be riding my horse being free.
I would really like the next KCD to be a sandbox with optional, smaller quests that can be abandoned whenever.
Also, there shouldn't be unkillable NPCs in game as it feels like shit to be nannied like that in game.

Battlefield 2142 like shooter but extremely over 9000 time racist.
Set in the future, faction based, factions:
China's Alliance, destopian dictatorship. They have some cool tech but also use large masses of slave troops (Russians in shapka ushanka constantly drinking vodka).
United Nations. Pan African faction, consist of mutant cannibals. Formerly humans, but now just black skinned mutants gargling on human flesh.
Aryan nation. Space based faction, with heroic looking blonds in white cyber armor. Individually OP but very low in numbers.

America had Yellowstone nuked and turned into smouldering volcano amids boiling ocean.
Europe is battlefield for factions to control. Combat is among ruins of most iconic European cities.

Game has one rule voice and text chat. Rule is: you complain about its contents you get banned form that chat permanently.

European forests can have cozy feeling.
I think same setting and engine can be used for The Witch game.
Survival kind of a game. Player is a Witch living in a forest hut. Doing witch things, like alchemy and magic, serving needs of citizens of surrounding lands (selling them love potions, strength potions etc), for a good pay of course. Infiltrating villages and towns to get things she needs (books, ingredients, stealing babies if you are into the dark pass..)
Dealing with enemies like wild animals, bandits, foresters and as game progresses in levels and difficulty bands of witch hunters.
