A lot of folk say "most people are dumb", but obviously that cannot be true. My hypothesis is that most people are really dumb on some subjects, but they may be smart on others. Thus, it balances out. Most people are perfectly average, and the world makes more sense. When you say "these people are legally allowed to vote, btw" because they failed a math quizz, someone might say the same because you don't know how to work a farm tool, or something of the sort. My conclusion is therefore that we are all dumb in our own special ways, and cannot judge others for it.
Well my mom told me that I'm smart and beautiful
>>84601095all moms say that sort of stuff desu, at least if they're decent enough.
>>84601103Yeah, but my mom is the best, she knows better

>>84601092Most people lack the ability to critical think (ask the why who how what where and when) or engage in Socratic questioning or even recognise patterns bar the simplest of problems that an animal could recognise. They are unwilling to challenge their own beliefs/opinions or seek new information leading them to never be able to admit they are wrong. Literally being able to say "I was wrong and I need to readjust my opinion" is already above average intelligenceObviously this leads to huge problems in their personal lives, society and anything these people touch yet they continue through life unaware they could end this suffering with ease if they were simply admit wrongdoing, learn, and negotiate a solution. Not knowing this topic or that topic is not the issue, the issue is lacking the fundamental thought process that enables one to be humble, grow and learn about various topics.A lot of people who know things only know to do x y and z because someone told them to do that, they do not understand why they do x y and z or if there are more efficient or moral ways of doing it nor do they ever care to ponder these things. I see this retardation in all levels of society from the poorest of the poor to the most elite surgeons
