If someone knows exactly how they're being tracked they can fool you in the blind spots that they know, it can actually be worse than if you had no eyes on him at all. The best way to catch someone is by not tracking them at all until they get complacent, or tracking in a way they're unaware of. Have you asked him the important question of if he would love you if you were a worm?
