You don't even have to get a big cigar, they have little ones called cigarillos that come in packs and you can spend 10-30 minutes max smoking those once per day or however often you want to smoke them. You don't inhale cigars because the tobacco compounds can diffuse through the mouth tissue so lung issues are moot. Mouth and throat cancer are possible though but I always smoke alone in the privacy of my home so I spit out the carcinogens and wash my mouth afterwards as well as drink water.
