Ultimate good is achieved by finding the path of least resistance as it is the most efficient pathing with the highest reward vs risk. Accurately predicting resistance is where most people get lost or commit errors. I know the general coordinates, the optimal trajectory is less clear. With fine adjustments along the way the destination will be the same, and energy fretting over +/- 1% efficiency is probably more costly than reserving the faculties unencumbered where they can be more effectively utilized . A balancing act of sorts.Masanobu Fukuoka puts it into words better than I could. The concept and notion of working are deeply wrong and antihuman. It's impossible to actually achieve anything meaningful or do anything productive in life if you waste it working.
