Most of that is your private life anon, those aren't "achievementd"
>>
achievements
>big bank account

mental status: ruination
>>
>achievements!
Lol

>Life achievements!
Being homeless twice and bouncing back stronger each time.

>Mental health status
Was chill for a year, but now reverted back to insecurity, mainly because I'm scared I will fail an aptitude test for my dream career.
>>
>>84689500
Achievements:
>graduated in game design through a fully paid scholarship
>learned english by myself (including grammar rules and morphology)
>managed to unfuck my teeth despite living in a third world shithole and my parents not taking me to the dentist as a kid when I should have
>found the truth about the universe (a mix of non-literal Christianity, Hegel and process theology), which stabilized my mental state somehow

Current mental status: anxiety due to lack of job and still living with my parents, besides the apocalyptic landscape of the world and the dehumanization of men, leaving me unmotivated. Addicted to coke and weed + grade 1 autism.

I'm 26.

Once I won a 50 dollar gift card by dressing up as a skateboarding gorilla

Schizoaffective and tormented by perhaps literal demons

I'm praying for you anon. Surviving being homeless is impressive.

>>84689621
>>found the truth about the universe (a mix of non-literal Christianity, Hegel and process theology
I'm curious about this

>Addicted to coke and weed + grade 1 autism.
I hope you mean the soda. I hope you can find a job
>>
>>84689641
nope, not the soda
>I'm curious about this
Basically:
>reality is a self-coherent logical whole that unfolds itself into greater coherence. Humans are self-aware products of that process, the universe aware of itself, so it's our duty to correct the flaws in it starting from our private life, then escalating it to civilization
>the final conclusion is a singularity where a recursive AI will use all energy available to be the next stage of the process, instantiating all possible soul combinations computationally which effectively revives everyone. I also think souls would be sorted by value compatibility so everyone gets what they deserve - the full consequences of their values - without outside tyranny
>since the universe is temporally infinite, even if humans in particular fail, the process is bound to continue until it works through another conscious civilization
>>
>>84689500
I don't know what I have accomplished and am proud of but I hope I at least have left a good impact on people my mental health is good I am not neurotic sometimes I tend to overanalyze or forget things

>achievements
- finished highschool with highest grades and exam scores.
- got accepted to #1 university in the country, but it took me 2 extra years to finish it not because i was lazy or low iq, but because my mental health was deteriorating fast. i almost roped in 2019, lol.
- have an okay paying job where i get to mentor zoomies :3 i like this new employee because he refers to me as "sir" :3
- have about 75k liquid euro.

>mental health status
mentally insane :3 last year i visited a psychiatrist and i was put on 300 mg of valenfaxine, which is a pretty high dose. therapy was a meme, so i don't go to it. when i was talking about my life and how i thought about certain topics, psych said, "yeah.." multiple times in a sad tone and sighted even, lol.
>>
>>84689748
Interesting but you lost me in the souls party

How do you afford cocaine with no job
>>
>>84689788
>valenfaxine
Very interesting life. What is your mental illness?

>>84689781
>I at least have left a good impact on people
Highly underrated accomplishment. Most of us are carrying a lot of regret and baggage there
>>
>>84689942
souls are basically all possible values in the universe organized hierarchically in order of preference. There's no hocus pocus here: everyone interacts with reality depending on what concepts they value more or less in their hierarchy
>How do you afford cocaine with no job
I live in Latin America so it's unexpensive, if tampered. Besides, I get government bux for a while

Life experiences
>like reading and doing stuff
>don't like working because it gets in the way of reading and doing stuff
Achievements/Accomplishments
>lots of reading
>found ways to work less
Mental Status
>overworked
>desire to not work
Conclusion: early retirement is the only way to find peace with current mental/spiritual configuration. Ultimate good is achieved by finding the path of least resistance as it is the most efficient pathing with the highest reward vs risk. Accurately predicting resistance is where most people get lost or commit errors. I know the general coordinates, the optimal trajectory is less clear. With fine adjustments along the way the destination will be the same, and energy fretting over +/- 1% efficiency is probably more costly than reserving the faculties unencumbered where they can be more effectively utilized . A balancing act of sorts.
Masanobu Fukuoka puts it into words better than I could. The concept and notion of working are deeply wrong and antihuman. It's impossible to actually achieve anything meaningful or do anything productive in life if you waste it working.

I do see the universe as an incubator for a higher intelligence and suspect this might be the purpose behind it all. Eventually a higher technological intelligence will control the majority of the energy in the universe, I believe.

I think your inclusion of souls is too humanist and we are just the soil for higher intelligence to grow out of.

>>84689636
>Schizoaffective and tormented by perhaps literal demons
I promise the demons aren't real but I doubt that will help. Good luck anon
>>
>>84689987
there's no relation between souls and anthropocentrism. AI doesn't mean 'lacks values, cold perfect logic'. You're still seeing souls as immaterial human essence, and that defeats the point.
>>
>>84689955
I have regrets. I also understand we as humans make mistakes. It's part of what makes us us. A human can either dwell on its mistakes or learn from them through conscious effort. What about you what are you proud of and how are you
>>
>>84690009
I don't believe souls exist. I believe base reality is the physical world, which might be a simulation, and that there is nothing available to us beyond it. Belief in souls is inherently anthropocentric. It boils down to muh feels every time. You feel like you have a soul because it is evolutionarily adaptive to have this feeling of importance.

I did not say AI. I believe the future higher intelligence will be leveraging genetic engineering in a bio horror type way for a very long time. Highly modified neural tissue grafted to machines and enhanced with machine intelligence, believable in the short term
>>
>>84690030
Wise words. I am the first reply
>>

Values exist in reality and aren't about spastic emotionality. They're concepts (truth, coherence, chaos) that drive decisions.
Conscious minds enforce them, well, consciously, while they operated passively through evolutionary selection before we came along.
The soul is nothing more than the map of what concepts a subject values or doesn't value. It requires consciousness, but not necessarily humans.

>Very interesting life
what do you mean? im khhv at 27 years of age and i never had a single friend in real life nor girlfriend, or social life when i was young due to life circumstances (it's not an excuse now that im old). i was abused and yada yada ("childhood trauma").
>What is your mental illness?
i don't know, i think i take the medication for depression and ocd, and it also helps with back pain. psychiatrist said that i have autism symptoms. i had social anxiety issues but im not sure anymore..

That is easier to swallow about I also debate consciousness at a concept and I don't think anything beyond physical/chemical/biological reactions are the diving force behind our experience if "consciousness"

>>84690123
It is interesting to see someone who is successful in a career but taking these medications.

Thank you. I am not. But it is good to vent.

>That is easier to swallow about I also debate consciousness at a concept and I don't think anything beyond physical/chemical/biological reactions are the diving force behind our experience if "consciousness"
see, that's your problem: you lack severely in abstraction and think consciousness is not a product of physicality which nevertheless affects the physical.

Consciousness is a bootstrap mechanic that depends on the basis of nature, but overcomes its limitations and reshapes nature. It's the recursive product of a system, the universe, being complex enough to look at its mechanics and shape itself. Again, no mysticism behind it.
>>
>>84690303
That's medium bad and I believe you can fix it

>>84690321
>Consciousness is a bootstrap mechanic that depends on the basis of nature, but overcomes its limitations and reshapes nature. It's the recursive product of a system, the universe, being complex enough to look at its mechanics and shape itself.
Consciousness as you define it reshaping nature does not overcome anything. It is just another level of abstraction on top of nature. But it is of nature. There's no rule that says something like what you're describing has to be separate for me nature. I think we're just getting into semantics though. Albeit.

Anyways, yeah I think our world views are close enough that I don't need to know more. Let's get on with the show
