Even in the "like to hate" sense, though that's not my case here.There's something interesting about the cute/innocent character realizing how they are perceived as such, and - instead of denying it or feeling embarassed about it - they lean into it and their existence is basically dedicated to make a point about how much they can get away with this. Fun when it's either a mischievous character rather than an actually malicious one, potential kino if she's meant to be a heroine with questionable morals.

That was funny as you can guess, but also takes it a lot more seriously following some more or less logical consequences of this kind of mindset(like eventually becoming unable to tell which feelings are even real, both in herself and other people) and potential development path.
