>>84790174>Do I have to get a life?yes, unfortunately. you may still be able to come back here sometimes, if you can stay disciplined, but most people have to quit this sort of thing cold turkey. start slowly adding more hobbies and activities to your life.i'm back after quite some time, but i've been able to keep my time here low. it helped me to make a physical schedule and plan out my days. come up with a list of things you'd rather be doing or learning about.
