My job was actually very similar, but there was a part of the team that had to commute in and be "customer" facing onsite. I felt bad for them. Still, even though it's a closed office space, you might still have to deal with clients in the form of answering phone calls and responding to outside emails. Usually these are going to be from lawyer's offices, occasionally other hospitals that need a patient's medical history either to treat a patient or as part of a batch of requests to collect medical data for research, and the rare request from an individual that wants their medical records for their personal archives.>>84811054That's hot. You will feel exhausted at the end of the day from sitting down clicking next on a screen. If your manager is cool they might let you listen to music on headphones but I've found that most of the time they discourage that because it's "distracting," which to be fair it can be, if you're a low IQ brown. Remember to hydrate and even though you'll be tired at the end of the work day, try to go for a 20-40 minute walk after work to keep your circulation going and stay fit.
