And it either goes away 2 seconds after, or it lasts for like 15 minutes so you have to pace around and try to find a position where it hurts less. Like, sometimes I lay flat on the floor and put my legs up on the bed, and that sort of helps. But its still uncomfy. I use a disposable flex disc. Not the reusable ones I think it's hilarious and stupid you have to boil them on the stove, no thanks. The reusable ones are plastic and glides in nicely, no scraping like with tampons, I wet it with my saliva and shove it inside me and press it against the back of my vagina. It captures the period blood and I can "autodump" it on the toilet for up to 12 hours before changing it. Autodumping is when I just bear down on it and the blood just shoots out from around the disc into the bowl, I wipe, and I'm good until next piss break. When I go to pull it out it's full of blood.
