I've built a shed worth millions because I used real materials, put it together in a not retarded way, etc. You can't get this level of work from beaners and methheads. Plywood instead of osb, kind of overkill but standing seam roof instead of the corrugated tin foil most people use. The funny thing is the difference between the worst building materials and the absolute best is maybe 10% difference. Average 2,000 sqft house in America only costs about $40,000. Considering the labor, permits, inspections, licenses, loicenses, license loicenses, anal probing, first born child, and all the cardboard and sawdust add up to a sales price of $1,200,000 you'd think they would go ahead and spend the extra $5,000 to use icf or real hardwood instead of cheap lvp.
