What would be the ideal workout routine for someone who's 5'9'' and weighs over 220 pounds, with a serious romantic deadline?
I need to get in shape before the love of my life gets tired of waiting and someone faster than me comes along. I'm looking for something that delivers noticeable results in a short amount of time and won't make me quit after the first week

Do a couch to 5k, if you have gym access do a bro split and just do loads of cardio
I like watching movies and anime on my phone while using a bike or rowing machine

If you want to stick to it, tell a friends about what you're doing, maybe even drop a hint to your crush that you're training for a 5k or whatever

I was 6'2 330lbs. I ran up to 6 miles every other day and lost 100lbs in 6 months. I started fat, out of breath and slow, barely able to jog a minute without stopping. Within a month I was able to do a few minutes, and in a few months even though I was fat my cardio was solid.

Also do it for yourself, you fucking stooge. Bitches ain't shit and neither is the dumb bitch you're chasing.
