Is it true women like manual labor dadbods or is that just cope for people who can't get lean?

As long as your face/chin doesn't look fat women don't give a fuck about body fat percentage.

I wouldn't mind having a gut so much if it weren't the case that being fat causes me to also have a double chin. Even if you don't have a great jawline/facial structure it will look a lot better if you're lean ish.

I think girls just like guys that are fit but not too peeled or roided out. I get a lot of compliments on my build and it's just good proportions and ok muscularity, but nothing crazy.

Women like mildly roided men or the type of men who put on muscle from looking at a weight. Most manual labour type men also go to the gym and build their body there. If you go on about 200mg of test and lift, you'll be pretty much what every woman wants

What they don't like is bodybuilders. Physique inflation means that men think they need to be absolutely huge, but that's male gaze shit, similar to how women think they need to cakeface, be under 100lbs and dress like a whore but no man actually wants that.

clean those fucking nails, like wtf???? you clearly trim them short as hell, but they are silhouetted in black.

find a sink fucker, right now. this is your dad speaking (and if he's dead then this is his ghost, and if he was a piece of shit then this is that friend's dad/teacher/grandpa/whatever who filled that role in some capacity; and if none of that is applicable then this is Goku)

Their idea of a dad bod is a guy who is shredded but his muscles are covered in a layer of fat. Essentially a dude who works out religiously but is currently bulking.

>toilet paper at all instead of wet wipes or bidets

Wet wipes are garbage. Toilet paper is fine but indeed a bidet attachment on your toilet is necessary. It saves you money and is simply more hygenic.

Just grow a beard and groom it you will be gucci. No need to worry about defined features

>doesn't have sloped shoulders

Just to get a little sociological... I think the idea of a "dad bod" has a lot of implications.

dad bod --> must be strong from physical labor rather than the vanity of a gym --> must be mentally strong to work such backbreaking labor --> must be mature --> woman can assume that he is a "daddy" in a way.

I think for women, its so much more than just is this body attractive, and more of the implications behind someone with that body type.

A lean toned physique must mean he takes great care of himself --> its hot that he takes care of himself
A thin physique must mean he has a small appetite --> its hot that he is not gluttonous
A chubbier physique must mean he has extra money to spend on food (to an extent, i mean a bit of extra body fat assuming he isn't grossly overweight) --> Its hot that he would be able to fiscally take care of me
Dad bod must mean he can do physical labor --> its hot that he can fix my car/do the plumbing/lift me with ease

The dad bod fits into broader ideas like masculinity, fatherhood, and labor. Historically, labor was a marker of masculinity in a way, and I think the dad bod could be the modern interpretation of that. Dad bod could bring about feelings of safety and stability in a long-term way.

The aesthetics of a dad bod is important too, I think the key difference between a tiktok dad bod and a real dad bod is chest and shoulder definition. If you have narrow shoulders and a concave chest, i think that might imply just fatness rather than a body built from a full tummy and hard labor. Also body hair is something to note. There is something to be said about where body hair is placed, as in if its all over and gross, or consolidated over the chest and happy trail, super dense, super light, etc.

I think there is a lot of caveats to the dad bod, but in general, yes, i think women like it, especially with chest, shoulder, and tricep definition.

Especially well dressed.

is it true younger girls are more into manual labor dadbods than older ones?

Hard to say. Id think that its evenly distributed for different reasons.

Younger girls who are more likely to want that stereotypical daddy guidance are more into dad bods. But, a 22 year old woman in her physical prime is probably going to be into a different body type.

Older women, who may not have much to write home about, might like the dad bod because it represents some semblance of self care, while being still sexy. They may not have the opportunity to be in a long term relationship with someone who has the perfect body.
