Here's some stats on it:Individuals with an ACE score of 4 or higher are 12 times more likely to have attempted suicide, 7 times more likely to be alcoholic, and 10 times more likely to have injected street drugs compared to those with zero ACEs. Scores of 6 or higher are associated with an almost 20-year shortening of lifespan. High ACE scores correlate to significantly increased risk for depression (4x increase for scores of 4+) and substance use disorders. Higher scores are linked to lower educational attainment, lower household income, and increased likelihood of unpartnered status. In children, scores of 2 or more are associated with higher odds of special health care needs, ADHD, and behavioral problems. I don't think there's much of a correlation between your ACE score of 0 and you not being a Chad. It does the opposite in almost all cases, I think, after researching.
