When I went to le therapist (paid for by the state as I wouldn't pay for it myself) she told me that I should improoooov by losing weight and getting in shape. There was a weight scale in the room so I played a funny social experiment game with her and asked why she thinks I'm overweight and it was literally just cognitive bias (me being unattractive thus socially unsuccessful) plus data on the average man being overweight. So I asked her who she thinks weighs more, her or me. She weighed more than me despite being 4-5 inches shorter than me since I'm borderline underweight and have some muscle definition from working out, which makes precisely zero difference.
