I use so much of this sauce. The other El Yucateco sauces aren't nearly as good. Have any other robots had this before?

What is your favorite hot sauce? Any recipes?

I put this sauce in chili as well, so I know what you mean. It is a bit sour, though. Vinegar-based hot sauce is a bit inferior to plain peppers in soups and chili, but this sauce is just too tasty.

Tabascy on eggs but lately I am not using any hotsauce for anything. There are few instances where I like it enough to need it. Often I think other sauces would work better like on sandwiches.
