There is zero reason why watching fake cp or owning a child sex doll should be illegal. Let's set some clear moral parameters; child sex abuse is evil, and watching CSAM of real children is also wrong. However, watching fake cp and owning a child sex doll does not involve the exploitation or harm of a real child. Therefore, there is no reason for it to be illegal. There is no evidence that it increases the risk of a pedophile molesting a child. In fact, it likely DECREASES the rate of child molestation, because it gives people with pedophilic urges a safe outlet for their sexuality that doesn't involve real children. So ironically, banning these things is actually increasing the amount of children harmed, rather than decreasing it. The only reason why fake cp and child sex dolls are illegal is because they give people an gut reaction of disgust. However, laws should be based on reality and harm. Something shouldn't be illegal just because it makes you feel icky.
