There was an occasion where I nearly missed the year due to a forced group project because nobody in the class wanted to be with me. Nearly missed the year because I had to it alone. Middle and high school were in the same place, and since I was heavily bullied in middle school, nobody bothered talking to me after that. They didn't dare bully me because I had grown (fuck late puberty) but the stigma was still there.But even without the bullying, I know I'm very socially awkward and off putting. People don't want to hang around a loser when there's already so much normal people around.
