you don't know how to bio engineer anything, the facilities with that equipment won't let you use it, and the places that make that equipment won't sell it to you. If you started buying up that kind of stuff, authorities will start asking what you're doing with it and then shut you down. Also you'd be spending millions of dollars just to get started, and I doubt some sad animeposter on 4chan is working with that kind of money.
