If anything, this site stays afloat thanks to glowies and sponsored/shill threads at /v/ and /tv/ and should have gone under a long time ago.Both older users and potential new users are finding their info and interactions at other places. 4chan lost its 'bite' both because we all fell into the mass hysteria of giving up our privacy and anonimity willingly, and because the net became much bigger than it was one or two decades ago, more intertwined with what we do in real life, and 4chan was the anathema to this -- where you would care about posts and not about the people behind them.Enjoy your shitposting days and don't feel bad if this place gets closed down or stays as some mausoleum for a part of the internet that is gone.
