Gen Z people were never really given chances to grow into a career and the same thing happened to a lot of Millennials too. Older workers held on and HR refused to hire anyone without experience unless they had an "in" of some kind. If you are a young person, I would recommend getting into something that most people would not want to do. Mortuary science is a good one. People will be dying to see you. You will never run out of work is fully recession proof. You don't need to do a degree program you can just get a certificate and do a training program as an embalmer. If I were younger, I would do this.
