Today I've finished Call of the Night manga and have suddenly realized how lonely I am, though I was always a loner this hasn't bothered me before.I know it's stupid but suddenly I want to hang out irl. Except I have no irl friends. What's worse, I'm in a foreign country and don't know the language too well since I was getting by with English. Also I don't drink alcohol (No. I'm not a muslim). This probably makes finding a company harder.I know that giving up on idea of being a normie planted in my brain by japs is the obvious solution but I want to at least try.
just read more manga
>>12537775No way. That title's ending was fucked up. Have to take a break from that shit.
>>12537772i will give u a bj it will help
>>12537780huh? i thought it was pretty standard, vampire girl just goes away and then 2 years later the mc is an apprentice under the detective lady and he visits vampire girl, right? it's been a while since i finished reading it
>>12537780I've really liked The Fable but third part is kinda meh so far with the whole girls dignity before men's (MC's) interest ideology.
>>12537772If I wanted to talk to somebody.I'll just talk with a stranger. If their busy so be it.If not there ya go, found someone to talk to.Just like asking a master a question for I am an aprentice in a job, no wrong in that."Hey there wanna talk? I'm a bit of lonely."
>>12537783>!The thing is they can't be close because Nazuna is down bad for MC's blood. But I don't see a reason why none of them tries to get her a phone since she admitted that she will probably never stop loving him since 3 years so there is no reason to try forget about him anymore. In general I don't like how cold their relationship has become. Also the fact that nurse vamp girl / Nazuna's mother figure did not let her in the hospital while mostly understanding her troubles with getting food is fucked up.!<
>>12537796Oh shit. I'm sorry.
>>12537793Talking is not what I'm after. I want to have fun together with someone. But offline stuff specifically.
>>12537796HUGE SPOILERS. DON'T READ.
>>12537796idk, it was kinda bitter sweet, but i thought the idea was that eventually the two of them could be together and they were just separating until they were able
>>12537804The plan was to wait for her to stop loving him and a one year so that he wouldn't be turned and consequently less likely to die I guess. But the way it is her crush is never going to go away so they have to keep a distance.
>>12537775>>12537783>>12537804
>>12537802Ye? Thats by talking to stranger and getting to know them. Me talking with someone is fun itself. If the vibe is there get their contacts and learn of each other. You are alone, how you supposed to get friend if you don't even accept strangers. Go talk it out.>>12537814You, go away. This is not your thread. We are discussing normal stuffs.
>>12537813oh, that's kinda sad then. i really like happy endings, but a lot of especially seinen manga end on bittersweet notes >>12537814rent free
>>12537814Hey, I'm a retard too. Mixed up reddit and 4chan signs and ended up spoiling to everyone in the thread.
>>12537772meetup modern board game group
>>12537817All that's left is to find strangers of appropriate age willing to interact with a stranger.>>12537823You may be right. Of course I've thought about that and concluded that this is not exactly the thing I want. But it is better than nothing and I could potentially make some friends that I could go with to bowling together or something. Ideally I would just go to bowling or billiards and play with whoevere is willing to there but I'm far from that level of social smoothness.
>>12537839do online friends count? we could be friends and talk about manga together maybe. i dont' have any friends in real life, but i never feel lonely because of my online friends
>>12537843Nah that's fine. I have some really old acquaintances but they are kinda far away. So Its not like I am a loner in the world just a loner in the country. But I'm really glad you have offered. ;)
>>12537847of course, i kinda just want someone i can talk about manga with since none of my friends read it :p
>>12537852I want your contact if you don't mind.Although I'm not an otaku, I also like talking albeit when I feel like it. Or do you want mine?>>12537847Also good luck boi, older people in their 30-60s are also fun to talk with, they have some wisdom to catch on.
>>12537854Oh forgot something, I can only accept emails.I'll strangle anyone who says they use discord.
>>12537856lole i'm not giving out my email address
>>12537854>Also good luck boi, older people in their 30-60s are also fun to talk withPerhaps my English skill is to blame. I meant that I know them since forever but we kinda went our own way, not that I am friend with older guys lol. But that would be kinda cool tbh.
>>12537859Wha? How else do you make a contact online without a burner email? Not that I have one lol.
>>12537862usually i just ask the other person to post their username, on discord it's convenient because you can change your username to something random and then change it back after you've added whoever
>>12537859Fine. This is 4chan after all~>>12537867Yep.... ah... strangles you to death*Why modern people use it!Use email pigeon letters wahhhhhh! Tears*Your fortune: Good Luck
>>12537874all my friends use discord, why would i not
>>12537877I talk to my friends/strangers by email. Hahahahahah. Move on then, have a great day.
>>12537878email is cumbersome, there's a reason why everyone switched to aol in the 2000s
>>12537880>aolI guess you're older than me. Thought otherwise lol.
>>12537887lole you don't need to be old to know that aol was a thing that people used. i'm not saying that i personally used it, aol was 7 years old when i was born. when i got on the internet everyone was using teamspeak or skype to talk to friends
>>12537891>teamspeak or skype to talk to friendsSame. I just assumed that you are talking from experience. The coolest old program that I remember using was online checkers on a pirate Windows XP install. I was always baffled why it works if no one payed for it. It had phrases that were pre-translated so that you would see it in the language of your system like it is in Dark Souls or Hearthstone.
>>12537772move some place where they speak english. and then uhh... I dunno actually. something tells me spending time around people won't actually make you any less lonely, though, just remind you why you didn't.
>>12537900i miss when things online could be free, i only got online deep into web 2.0, but even in 2013 there were still some leftover web 1.0 sites and lots of api's were still free. nowadays everything is a service because upkeep costs thousands of dollars because everything is so massive and complicated
>>12537904>spending time around people won't actually make you any less lonelyThat's what I want to avoid because to feel content you need to spend time with them (while they spend their time with you), not around them.
>>12537906yeah but it's also free because they sell your data. you had to pay for shit like teamspeak servers.>>12537908who's got time for that with careers and partners and kids?
>>12537910data brokers only really took off around the mid 2010s i think, right? i thought cambridge analytica was the first time people realized how big this industry had gotten
>>12537906Well lichess is free to use. But nowadays it wouldn't be easy to run this kind of server yourself because there is much more internet users and if you use p2p you expose your users to hackers since these tools are available to every schoolboy.>>12537910>who's got time for that with careers and partners and kids? That's what a lot of people usually are trying to get away from lol.
>>12537914people still don't realize how big it is. cambridge analytica just proved it since it got turned into democrat propaganda/projection buzzword for (many relatively normal) things they were either doing or just plain being given by friendly tech companies. you basically have retards like antifa who don't even realize these companies are a big part of why their favorite brown clown got elected. the CA controversy was a over a decade behind the times.
