The selegiline is what's causing a lot of the issues you should stop taking it, it has fatal interactions with a bunch of the shit you are taking and is made redundant by other shit ur taking to increase dopamine.
If I was you id stop the Trintellix also, id stop most of this stuff but you seem to be against that idea so please at the very least just stop the selegiline.
You have a lot of theraputic duplication in ur "stack" which is probably why you feel tense all the time, generally stacking psych meds doesn't really have any benifit and just decreases effectiveness and inscreases side effect.
