i have really bad anxiety problems and ive been trying new methods to help calm myself down before bad things happen.

i cobbled this little video together a while back, it's supposed to be soothing and peaceful. could you tell me what you think about it?

sometimes my brain (not mentally) just decides on its own that i need to relive the most intense feeling of mortal dread that a person can feel and no amount of normal methods meant for anxiety work on it
what works best for me is distraction and procrastination
unfortunately i get this problem the worst at night so i keep forcing myself to stay up out of fear
