I think the issue with this is that it won't stop low quality posts but will chase away anyone who actually puts effort into making OCs or good threads because no one will react to them, or they need to wait too long for it to be worth it
hopefully I'm wrong and just drunk and sad, and this will make the site better because it REALLY needs it
