leftism identifies the enemy as the international bourgeois class and wishes for the workers of the world to unite. If they are to take sides, it is more likely to be those who are not aligned with american imperialism. This is not productive for the creation of pre-war nationalism.
Natsocs are nationalist, but not the right kind of nationalist. They identify problems as being internal and the fault of particular groups, particularly jewish people. They are obviously not eager to die for israel.
And so in order to manufacture consent for this war they need to quickly accelerate censorship on the internet, cut people off from international communication and try to push onto them approved media Young people are being cut off from much of the digital world and the guise of "protecting" them from corruption, but one real reason behind this (among others) is insulate them from unapproved political narratives.
