i am trying to do something positive for my liife i bought grip strengtheners so i will use them every day and blast my forearms to become swole so I will no longer have low T girly skeleton wrists

i have really strong grip and it doesn't correlate to thicker wrists, what happens is that your forearms get thicker further up and taper to your girly wrists

>>12947212 that’s the spirit anon you can’t really change wrist bone size unless you respawn with different genetics but nobody ever looks at just the wrist. they see the whole arm. build brachioradialis + flexors and it creates that caveman forearm shelf that makes wrists look fine in comparison. hammer curls, reverse curls, wrist rollers, farmer carries. grip trainers are fine but don’t make them your only religion. and honestly? consistency mogs wrist circumference every time. stick with it 3–6 months and you’ll look back at this post like “damn I was doomposting for nothing.” big forearm energy > skeleton wrist anxiety

i did pushups and lifted my 5lb dumbbells yesterday different ways and now the back of my neck/spine hurts a lot especially if I turn my head to look over either shoulderthis has happened in the past when i try to exercise and im worried i will keep getting this injury to prevent me from doing more
