I feel really weird, like nothing has a meaning at all, Im banned from Tiktok, Insta, facebook and other normie websites so im pretty much unable to know what normal people are doing, I went outside for the first time in months two days ago and I realized just how insignificant i am to the whole wide world, Aside from the human connections nothing really matters in this life, and without them I just feel completely and utterly hopeless, i dont wanna live anymore anons.

You’re on the right track with going outside and reconnecting with nature, realizing your insignificance is also a step, we as humans need to be humbled but also realize that all the little things we CAN do adds up, like not littering on the trail you walk on.

What works for me might not work for you and vice versa but I will say to bring water and snacks each time you embark in nature, you can learn a lot in solitude. Idk what else to tell u bc what is wholesome and productive to me might look different to you.
