I don't know? I've been drawing since I was a child, and I used to draw for hours every day, I guess that can help a lot

Although I was usually an observant person and I would usually add the things I noticed that were most important to my drawings

Practice daily, for an extended period, ask for help, watch tutorials, and draw a little bit of everything.

This is what I recommend for people who still have the opportunity. I never watched tutorials or anything extra for help, so my art is pretty bad because of that.

I'm not sure, I'd say it's always better to create things yourself. I recommend the firts; tracing can help artists, but if you only copy other people's art, you'll end up coping other person flaws and errors

Yeah, I do remember seeing a Goku birthday card from Dragon Ball when I was a kid, and I drew it. My grandma said it was really cute and that I had talent. So I wanted to keep doing it.
