>>13184057The vast majority of people don't know and they're constantly replying to them and feeding them attention while mods are powerless.They only exist to shit places up and don't even have the baseline intelligence to even begin to contribute positively to any thread or discussion.I am serious, sometimes /they/ start a serious discussion, and they have such a difficult time arguing their own side that they quickly devolve the conversation that they began into name-calling/ shitflinging under the smallest bit of scrutiny, likely because name-calling is well within their comfort zone and makes them feel even footed.Honestly, there is no hope left that this place will ever get better. It's been downhill since 2012, took a nosedive with Gamergate, then another with the 2016 elections, then another with covid, and now we've been at the worst state of the site that we've ever been.The only reason I come here is because all the alternatives are basically dead. I check on them from time to time still and try help populate them, but to no avail.
