This guy humiliated Bryan Johnson. Looks 30 something at 61. The question everyone wants to know, is his method legit? What do you guys think?https://sites.google.com/view/davepascoe/home/my-supplement-list
>>16138124you think only trannies want to live forever?
>>16138115We'll see how these anti-aging fanatics hold up to time. They may look young, but we really don't know if they're just gonna rapidly age by the time they hit 70, or 80 with no measurable like extension.
>>16138159why the fuck would they suddenly age faster? that doesn't seem how this stuff works
bump
I’m 38 and I legitimately look like I’m in my early 20’s and I will say undoubtedly this is the gayest fucking shit ever. If you’re so obsessed with looking young forever all you really need is to eat healthy, take some collagen and a few vitamins, do cardio, wear sunscreen, and maybe even lift. It’s most skin health and diet—everything else is just vain faggotry.
>>16138115>Looks 30No, he does not, lol I'm 49 and I look younger than he does.
>>16138246it is sadlythere's massive acceleration once you're older than 35 and then it's light speed aging past 70
>>16140294Some of them were saying it's based on compounding effects. Muscle building slows -> Less gym activity -> less strength....etc.But they're planning on tackling some of the intermediate effects.
>>16138115If he's 61 then he obviously dyes his hair and beard.
>>16141090Not necessarily. There are people in my family with zero grey hair in their 70s. He probably has good hair genetics regardless of his routine.
>>16138115>almond milkin the garbage
>>16141090>>16141790>tfw significantly greyer than him at age 26
>>16141090My dad is 60, full head of hair, not gray
>>16141922So because your dad secretly dyes his hair, he has a patent on it and nobody else can be as insecure as he is about getting old?
>>16138963Do you think carbs like pasta rice bread etc are bad
