I did have a period of time where, and I can not explain this, I was simply leaking mucus from my anus. It was quite strange and embarrassing. My underwear would get soaked of course and eventually my pants would show the wetspot. It resolved after a week or two and never returned. I assume I had the flu or something similar. If you get itchy, rashy, vomity, or shitty NEVER EAT THAT PLANT AGAIN! I had minor organ failure from that once, big mistake. Mushrooms are even more dangerous but if you see birds or squirrels eating them it's probably ok. Maybe. I don't know, I hear conflicting things but I'm still alive. I have a lot of plants growing in my area that are very edible and some of them even taste good. You should try eating a bit of bark sometimes too it helps up the fiber count and makes your poops bulkier and easier to pass. There's microbes living on bark that are good for your guts too like yeasts and such. If you're not able to forage I could recommend some grocery foods but foraging is really your top priority for health. The food at the store is all covered in germs and very unhygienic.
