I'm getting somewhere with my fitness now, I'm feeling stronger. 2x30 minute SS, first one a little hotter. Did a loop around silverstone circuit I enjoy, fast roads. I think I can achieve a 300w for 20 minute at this point. A nice long winter and I should be seeing a solid 320w FTP starting next season maybe more.

Just two years ago he annihilated Pogacar on a climb, now he's riding with Cavendish. I know injuries etc. are a thing, but it's not like he's suffered any extreme injury, so what gives?
