Can FIFA already come up with something? Tired of every referee doing what he wants, this just frustrates the fans.

If you simplified the handball rule to just that, players would just kick the ball at the opponent's hand in the box and win a penalty every time. The ref's job is to manage the game and make sure players don't take the piss, that involves making subjective calls.
>>
the handball rule can be explained with sime if/else if statements

if(team ==rich/has big standing in UEFA/league) && (!are defending || touch ball with hand)
no handball
}

if (team is poor or small(
handball
}

The real problem is not one ref doing it differently to another, the problem is one and the same ref having different takes on the same (or similar) situation not even over the course of a few, but in a single game. It's the lack of consistency that is killing this fucking game.
Also, the way the VAR is being used is wrong too. And don't even get me started on the postponed offside bullshit.
