Hmm. That first one might vaguely work as a white card? Black has no need/use in creating succubus for the other party 9 out of 10 times, but a white card that lets you skip your creature getting exiled by making it into a succubus is an interesting inversion.

Black doesn't need another wincon. If you can find a way to make that work for green then maybe, but otherwise eh.

>Permanantly removed from the game.
This is generally called exile.

Looking at the discussion last thread, the existence of the Ones makes more sense if you consider them to be Celestials like in the old Legend canon. They were super buff Force beings from millennia before canon who were able to control the Force and use it to do all sorts of impossible shit, acting as the Precursors to the entirety of the Star Wars setting. Yet despite all their power, they were still cast down by their former servants, the Rakata, who were able to use Force/Dark Side based technology to fuck up the Celestials. Supposedly, however, some of the Celestials were able to merge with the Force itself so that they could directly control it from within.

In other words, the Ones aren't personifications of the Force, they're alien beings who have merged with the Force and are using their powers to control and influence it. It's why the Father mentioned the Son 'falling' to the Dark Side, despite the Son supposedly being the personification of the Dark Side. He's not, he's just a Celestial who's been steadily growing darker and darker until finally he fell. It's also why the deaths of the Father, Son, and Daughter don't fuck up the Force for everyone, and why they could be killed in the first place, because all they were is aliens controlling the Force, not embodiments of it. And the Rakata already proved you could kill Celestials.

Yes, thats also how you make someone immortal. You use the force to fuck with someones midichlorians and use those to keep the person alive like nanobots. Its how palpatines master was doing it.

Occasionally Youtube will just randomly recommend me clips from that Jojo fighting game and the dichotomy of the stand throwing furious punches why the stand's owner is just casually standing there makes me want to try reading Jojo

... Anyways, should I take a copy of Crazy Diamond for punching since he's the punchiest, or should I go for the OC Stand Plum Juggler from the generic JoJo jump because it can turn into three stands for extra punching?

Jump #1: Jojo Part 7

Stand - The World (400)

Perks
Wilderness Survival
Act 1: Spin
Lucy in The Sky (100)
Running Man (100)
True Man’s World (200)
Analytical Mastermind (200)
Learning To Walk (300)

Items
Sandwiches
Steel Balls

Drawbacks
Skin in the Game (+100)
OutKast (+200)

Jumper begins his journey as an outcast from Utah, since he just didn't like the Mormons and kept telling them their religion was retarded.

He's begun learning the very basics of the spin, just using it as something to build on through multiple jumps. His main thing is just cheating at the Steel Ball Run by spamming time stop, which is currently locked at 5 seconds.

Jumper's actual interactions with the main cast are limited, besides bumping into Johnny and Gyro a few times and fucking with them via time stop, and also a brief fight with Funny Valentine due to the president trying to forcibly recruit Jumper. Jumper won the steel ball run race due to being able to effectively move twice as fast by abusing time stop when nobody was looking.
>>
>>92616255
It kinda does. I'm pretty sure that's what happens in Part 8.

Was a mortal servant/mother figure who transformed herself into a Celestial. That's something they straight up comment on, that she was originally mortal, was living as the Ones' servant while also serving as a mother figure for the Son and Daughter, and that was growing older and was going to die before she went and transformed herself so she could be with them forever, driving herself insane in the first place. That she could do so to begin with only further proves how they're not personifications of the Force, that the Mother/Abeloth was able to become one of them despite having originally been mortal.
>>
>>92616270

>Target creature you control gains hexproof until end of turn. Put a corrupt counter on it. That creature is a succubus in addition to its other types for as long as it has a corrupt counter on it.
You're complicating things more than you need to since corrupt is intended to be a keyword. Basically a combination of Fully Grown and Aquitect's Will in terms of wording, though you could just make it enchantment that gives the desired properties, and has Flash so you can still cast it as an instant. Either way, feels like it needs to cost at least 1 (instant) or 2 (enchantment) generic more since they're immediately getting a keyword and momentary salvation out of a spell that at present can cost 2 life.

How do credits even work in starwars? The credits seem to be used like some weird form of cryptocurrency that is stored only on hard physical data storage devices so Im not sure what exactly 1 credit is. Could a person with item duplication create more credits or what?
>>
>>92616387
Then you add the rules for corrupt in parentheses after the last line is done, similar to how it is for Ferocious Tigorilla, and doubly so because this card's supposed to be common. (A creature with corrupt {insert description here}.)

Actually, 'hexpoof until end of turn' is a sub-1 mana cost. It's usually green, but white can also pull it off. The phyrexian mana may be pushing things though.

I can try to make that card a bit clearer, but making it into a succubus isn't actually the important bit, it's having corrupt because corrupt makes it not human in the proccess, which means it isn't a valid target for black's wincon.
>>
Why is there someone making MtG cards in a jumpchain thread?
>>
>>92616454
Hes been doing it for over a week now. Its kinda nnoying but I kind of gloss over it anyway.

>stored only on hard physical data
No, credits can be stored digitally, or come in physical ingots. Different regimes had different credits, so its possible the value of those credits fluctuate differently. Also you run into the videogame problem where things have value in a way that works for a game but makes less sense when you think about it in-universe.

In Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, 5 million credits is enough to set up a person for life. In Episode 4, Solo was charging Luke and Ben 17K to smuggle them to Alderaan from Tatooine. Many ship pages on Wookiepedia tell you the approximate credit value of the ship as well.

>making it into a succubus isn't actually the important bit
Considering that the current version is attempting to refer to someone becoming an alp, I'd keep it for flavor. That said, I haven't checked the mega so I don't know what corrupt is supposed to do as a keyword, just that getting any keyword ability likely more useful than say Reach with no timer/persistent tradeoff for 0 on it feels off.

>spacefaring civilisation
>inflation somehow hasn't exceeded 5 million and 17K is still a sizeable portion
>currency is the same approximate type even if maybe there's fluctuating exchange rates
>accepted everywhere from decadent, wealthy Coruscant to shitholes like Tatooine
Well all I can say to that is the Trade Federation really are the unsung heroes of Star Wars just because there has never been a war based on hyperinflation.
>>
>>92616473
Neat thanks anon. Now I need to figure out the specifics on what my new miraluka, twilek, human, and togruta companions. I figure since I rolled korriban I can say I bought them there.

The banking guilds have a shit ton of power in the star wars galaxy.

>Marriage counter
>A non-human creature with a marriage counter is a succubus in addition to it's other types.
>Corrupt
>This creature loses the Human creature type if it has a marriage counter on it

For the sake of simplicity, corrupt is me saying 'this human is a girl, it becomes a succubus'. A human without it is a guy and thus a valid target to be dragged off by a succubus.
>>
>>92616476
Good, none of those cunts deserve to be remembered in any respect or extent.

They're clans. Literally called banking clans.
>>
>>92616493
>currency is the same approximate type
Depends. In Ep 1 Watto didn't want to deal with republic credits at all.

Also, whilst 5 mil is apparently a lot for an individual, the Republic was probably throwing around trillions on their army. They were in serious debt by the end of the war, with Palps solved mostly by taking control of the banks.

>>92616501

Yeah and it works for me anyway. I needed to do a loop of places with known force ghosts and korriban is chock full of places where they would be easy to find. Something I love about 2003 Grievous is how everything, everything was done to build him up as the biggest threat ever. In the comics, he takes on Durge and Ventress at the same time and stomps them. In the books, he's a brilliant commander who brought the Republic to its knees with Durge's Lance. Fuck, even the ROTS novelization emphasized what a menace he was, with Mace commenting on how Grievous was already adapting to his fighting style, and with him managing to launch twenty different saber strikes a second during his fight with Obi-Wan.

And then one comment on how Grievous was a coward and the whole coughing thing turned him into a fucking joke ever since.

So on the topic of cultivators with the thread topic, Have a New build for a Jumper in the Zelda Xianxia Setting. His benefactor plopped him down there with his technique without really explaining anything wanting to see what Jumper does. Though the benefactor kinda messed up and got distracted with something leaving the would be Jumper a Lot longer in this setting then he would of been otherwise before there benefactor remembered him.
He's not any kind of Xianxia protag destined to save the world or become a peer to the golden Goddesses but... Jumpers got it pretty nice. He's got friends in the form of the Ranch owner who lets him stay at her farm in return for helping out around it early chain. A lovable idiot of a sidekick in the ice fairy. And a pretty danm powerful cultivation technique in the Celestial borealis though its limited by being constrained solely to the wind element. Eventually over the years once he gets his feet settled in cultivating and being strong enough I like to imagine he travels across his golden world and Entertaining people and basically wandering wherever he really wishes on his cultivation journey.

I mean, yes. Rational fags take shit too far in the other direction. But I don't think honour si for suckers was 100% the point of the setting. It is honestly pretty common for cultures that war constantly to create rules and regulations and for shit to get really nasty when two groups who work with completely different rulebooks fight each other.

Its not a generic and masters of red is based on a short print book series out of germany. I meant Anakin didn't have a doomed fling with another Padawan, but really? Siri's canon again, too? Fuck, no wonder Obi-Wan never cared about Anakin being married to Padme. With how many bitches Obi's fucked, his only problem would have been that Anakin was settling down at such a young age.
>"My young Padawan, I understand you think you're in love, but trust me, there's a whole wide Galaxy out there. You haven't even sampled a Twi'lek yet! And that's not even getting into the rush that comes from a brief, doomed, but beautifully forbidden relationship with a fellow Padawan or Knight..."

I liked the fight with Sideous, Maul and Opress. You can tell Sideous can end the fight any time he wants purely with Force powers and is fighting at something of a handicap because the only thing letting his old man body compete with some of the best duelists in the galaxy at the time is Force power. He still engages in lightsaber combat JUST to flex on Maul by beating him at what was supposed to be his own game.
>>
>>92616704
Continuation-
Not sure how far exactly he may progress realm wise but I'm thinking at best... maybe the early ninth/lesser deity stage?
Trying to think of some cool powers or what he may be capable of beyond direct air manipulation given the Air elements not just that in universe but his scope in powers a lot more narrow the styles that focus on multiple elements.

I like to think He'd probably get along well with the Grand sage of music eventually if they ever met, He did find the guys Ocarina originally and may try to give it back if the Sage still wants it but I imagine one way or another Jumper keeps a hold of it.
After a 100,000 years of seeing so many great events and meeting heroes and villains alike Jumpers kinda... probably gonna end up either forgetting or assuming practically he had imagined his original human life back on earth after so long in this world. The benefactors gonna have to probably explain some things. Though Jumper will probably still be open for going to other worlds even afterwards. 10 years at a time is basically a blink of the eye at that point and he's quite curious about what realms may lie beyond the nothing.

It's actually a hyper detailed fight. Kenobi initially is sucked into his past and adopts his Clone Wars stance. He collects himself, and switched to the Ben Kenobi stance. Then, he solves the battle and adopts Qui-Gon's stance.

Maul completely misreads Kenobi, tries to kill him the same way he killed Qui-Gon, and is instantly cut down. And then Maul as he is dying realizes that the chosen one must be nearby, because Kenobi isn't some old hermit, he is a top tier Jedi Master and if he is there, it is for a purpose.

>At first glance this resembles nothing more than an ordinary flintlock rifle, but closer inspection will
reveal that engraved upon its handle and barrel are a number of odd designs - and if you knew what
they were, you would know that they are Glyphs. Created by Albus of Ecclesia as his personal weapon
and proof of concept, these Glyphs - Ignis, Grando, and Fulgur - allow the gun to fire effectively
indefinitely and the bullets to hit with far more force than they ought. And to explode, sometimes.
Better still, by channeling magic into the gun you may fire again and again and again, spitting out
enough bullets to put a dozen men to shame. You can also use the three Glyphs engraved upon it, or
any others you may possess, and fire special shots from the gun. It's actually somewhat similar to
Glyph Union, but instead of combining the Glyphs for sword and fire to get fiery sword, you're
combining this gun and the Glyph for fire to shoot fireballs.

I don't know. Even if Padme died in childbirth, as long as Luke and Leia survive I think it would be incredibly difficult for him to fall to the dark side. He'd almost definitely end up abandoning the Jedi Order because they've largely failed him but I could just as easily see him retreating to Naboo or somewhere in order to raise them himself. The only person I think he'd trust enough to keep in regular contact with would be Obi-Wan.
>>
Why don't the Jedi just kill themselves? Suicide is a philosophically valid conclusion to their ethos' logic.

The Jedi started telling people to be able to let go of dead loved ones, don't giv intoanger and purse revenge schemes, etc. Basically don't be Sith.
With time the Order got real fuckong nal. No more marriages, no dating with feelings. Matter of fct, being curious about who your parents were is too attached.
Taking only the Licas movies in account, is my opinion that the Jedi got their head too far up their asses and that since in Levends Lule not only lvors his family but has children and a wife later, there was always supposed to be a middle ground were you could love without falling to the Dark side.

>Hmm. That first one might vaguely work as a white card? Black has no need/use in creating succubus for the other party 9 out of 10 times, but a white card that lets you skip your creature getting exiled by making it into a succubus is an interesting inversion.
Neat. I remembered the Alp quests over on Akun and thought there might be something to the idea.

>Black doesn't need another wincon. If you can find a way to make that work for green then maybe, but otherwise eh.
Fair enough, I was just thinking of the jokes. Though on a technical note the card seems like it’d be colorless, since it would be the portal.
>>
>>92617236
That's a genuinely good question, because it actually is. There's probably some bodhisattva shit about how the Jedi want to share the way of the Light Side with the universe but...to be honest, they don't do more than the bare minimum to recruit padawans, and they spent more time as Coruscant's attack dogs than contributing to charity or anything.

nta but yes it does, you just gotta go into the options and click on "advanced user". then click on third party stuff so it goes red for all websites then do the same thing for 3rd party scripts and 3rd party iframes (which is where most virus attacks come from). Then on individual sites just manually enable specific elements so that it shows only them. You can just go look on youtube for a tutorial video that shows exactly how to do everything I just said and it will save your ass so much time and effort and also save you from having to watch ads. I've been using this method for years and I've never seen a single ad that wasn't literally baked into a content creator's video.

>>
>>92617267
There was no problem with Luke saying the Old Order was bad. The problem was he was suddenly a whiny bitch who cut himself off from the Force and refuses to see the good in his nephew when his previous characterization was that he was willing to gamble his own life on his father being good deep down.
>>
>>92617230
I feel like he would become so attached to the kids that almost inevitably become a dark side user, at the slightest sign of a threat, just to protect them.
>>
>>92617278
Unironically yes but attachments, not emotions; as has been said before the Jedi are OK with flings just not marriage specifically
>>
>>92617278
No. In fact they think love is a good thing. They have just devolved as an organisation so their rules harm their cause due to centuries of no competing force acting against them.
>>
Does the force make you crazy or otherwise influence your emotions, or do the Jedi just believe that their powers are too dangerous to coexist with desire?
>>
>>92616939
The black barrel (true) is a hunting rifle. You're thinking of mash's replica. Sion's replica looks like a pistol. As for the contender it's also enchanted to give bullets extra speed.
>>
>>92617278
Normal people aren't able to turn their emotions into tangible force. With great power comes great responsibility, especially when in public office as a monk.
>>
>>92617298
The Dark Side corrupts you. That's the Jedi's main point of contention, that it's like a constant high that makes you kill people and shoot lighting out of your fingies

>>92617299
Why is Mash's replica so shit at being the real thing? Other than Nasu's blatant mecha fetish
>>
>>92617298
The Force does indeed make you crazy by amplifying your emotions, and if you use it with negative emotions it will feed those emotions back into you-creating an escalating loop of more and more negativity. This is part of why the Dark Side is corruptive and "addictive"-because it literally reinforces your negative emotions and grows both stronger and more impactful the more you use it, while also making itself easier TO use.

Because they handled it in the worst way possible. In the sequels, Luke basically declares that everything about the whole Jedi Order was evil and should be forgotten when we know damn well that wasn't true. It directly contrasts how Luke was in the Legends continuity, where he rebuilt the Jedi Order and revolutionized it by doing away with a lot of the extremist beliefs of the old Jedi. This included the "no attachments ever" rule. He sure as fuck wasn't put off by a couple of his family members or students turning to the dark side. If anything, that just reinvigorated his belief and made him fight even harder to help and protect people, including taking full responsibility and doing his best to save them. The whole core of Luke's character, both in the OT and in Legends, was that he believed there was light in everyone and that no one was truly belong salvation. But at the same time if it came down to it he was willing to cut villains down for the sake of everyone else. But he always offered them redemption even if he knew they wouldn't take it.

You are just memeing. They do care about the rest of the galaxy. They just didn't want to engage in realpolitik. In fact, part of Sheev's plan was to force them to by making them part of the Clone forces, and in Ep 3 we see how their realpolitik of deliberately letting Anakin close to Palpatine so he can feed them intel backfires spectacularly because that's not what Jedi are designed for as individuals or as an organization.

With no warehouse yet on jump 1 they are temporary bases made to a template when operating in an area for an extended length of time before moving on. They get divided into front and back sections with the latter being the true workshop while the former is meant to filter further investigation.

>Front
Primarily uses the local terrain and nonmagical measures for defense and obscurement. With a near global use of magic the best passive way to prevent casual detection is not having anything magical to pick up on. A natural place of no further interest. The other approach is binding whatever monster walks in to serve as a filter with some hidden rooms implying this is an abandoned shelter to make them think they've already figured it all out.

>Back
Further into or deeper beneath the Front end there is no direct access to it. You enter by knowing magic to phase through rock and dirt or swim through it like a liquid. The outer layers are alchemically treated to disrupt most attempts to detect or enter directly by magic which usually keeps them rather cozy in size. An artificial genius loci is enchanted into it for the purposes of maintaining enchantments like oxygen recycling or controlling ambient magical energy to deny successful intruders. The back end gets divided into five sections being bunker, ritual, storage, commons/kitchen, and lab. Bunker is where jumper sleeps and keeps his measures to cheat death so it gets the lion's share of warding and enchantments. It doesn't directly connect to the two escape routes but has a means to quickly make one if leaving is a priority. Ritual room is made customizable for the dozen or so regularly performed rituals and connects to storage for that reason. Living spells shoved into golems for fuel efficiency toil away for weeks or months so Jumper can come in to do key parts or intervene when necessary without taking up his time.

Fuck you Nasu, "I don't understand the full extent of the power system" isn't an excuse to put whatever you want in the setting just because you like the aesthetic even if you are the author. The previously known facts about Divine Spirits were they were incarnated natural phenomena or preexisting entities that were deified by belief, NOT FUCKING GUNDAMN REFERENCES.

If you weren't a worthless slop-eater, you'd recognise this is exactly as nonsensical as Star Wars introducing the Holdo Maneuver and Rey and Palpatine somehow surviving the fucking Death Star's explosion, and claiming it's a valid extrapolation of midichlorianlore.

Midichlorians (and a lot of EP1, honestly) were a problem with Lucas burying the lead too deep. It was supposed to represent how the Jedi had lost their way as an esoteric order by trying to use science to rationalize, quantify, and secularize the sacred and mystical, and that even those as level-headed and well-meaning as Qui-Gon weren't immune to the inexorable degradation of the faith.

>>
>>92617469
>It was supposed to represent
>supposed
...I mean, if that was what it was SUPPOSED to do it was done pretty poorly because there was never any reason at any point to doubt that the midichlorian analysis technology was 100% accurate. Yes, Anakin was the chosen one. Yes, his midichlorian count was in fact the highest and that's presumably why as a kid he could win a space dogfight by himself and why he folded Dooku where Obi-Wan failed once he got pissed.

Catching up on some stuff to figure out what jump to go to next. Not sure whether to take another trip through modern supernatural Japan or get some classical-inspired fantasy going. Holy fucking shit did Wakfu of all things escalate in the later seasons. Not sure if they're planning to keep going after how they closed out the most recent one but it's kind of at the point where you'd need some serious bullshit to deal with the worst of it. Assuming you don't just barely miss the current endgame since it might be a bit after the decade you'd be scheduled for. Might have to see if a source has confirmed if any significant amount of time elapsed between the last two seasons.

Storage is a dumping grounds for resource gathering from the local area since anything of real importance goes in the bunker. Gets further divided into cold and room temperature sections for anything not meant for ritual work. The lab is the proper workshop which is meant for alchemy along with testing out new magic or repairing the servitors. Nowhere near as stocked or enchanted compared to a noble estate's workshop by design it is more built to be sturdy and capable of being isolated then destroyed in case something goes wrong. Almost all of the enchanting work can be done in the alchemy section unless it needs it's own specific setup to attempt like an airship. Commons is the hub connecting the others while being the dumping ground of everything else not covered by the other areas. All of the furniture and placements if any are meant to cover up the active defenses and energy generation (magical or otherwise) which are stored here to exclusively supply the rest of the back end barring the bunker which also has it's own energy supply. All of the lighting comes from enchanted lanterns and aesthetically its barren barring longer term use unless there is a bandit encampment or abandoned village nearby to loot. Mostly these places are for when the weather is too bad to travel or the local situation is dangerous enough to warrant hunkering down until it either blows over or the business there is finished.

When the user becomes exceptionally angry, their body transforms into a demonic state in which they emit a red aura and their physical abilities are vastly amplified and their wounds heal rapidly. The user's power is multiplied proportional to just how angry they are, with no theoretical limit to their anger. The state ends once the user's rage has subsided, returning to their normal form.

Jumper's adventures continue, this time as a surprisingly incompetent superhero. Despite his inexperience, he will end up saving Eri and arresting Shigaraki when he attacks the USJ, as time stop is still OP as shit. He's also got his shonen rival who won the genetic lottery and was born with time stop.

Ah, I remember reading this. It was years ago, so the only thing that comes to mind is when Taylor went to max Clarity the first time she went without clothes for a while, because max Clarity, and the GM offered Reputation (Nudist) but the players went with Reputation (Beautiful), so maybe a perk for your reputation developing the way you would want it to as long as it could reasonably do so.

Taylor is physically aged up to a young adult when she gets her new body, she's an alchemical so her soul got ripped out with a gem that was then implanted in her new body's forehead. She's still however an underage teen which has come up multiple times including one point where a reporter was accused of being a pedo when asking her to reveal what she looks like under the charm that makes her look human, given what another anon said about Bonesaw this might repeat to a more extreme degree with her but I've not reached that yet if it happens.

Wasn't Cross Tag Battle the only RWBY game that didn't flop, on account of it being a multiverse crossover propped up by three other, better franchises?
What RWBY really needs is a ground-up rewrite. You can keep the premise of the first three seasons, but shitcan Miles and Kerry fucking YESTERDAY, declare the whole confused lot of everything post-S3 non-canon, and redo the rest to unfuck the setting, lore, pacing, and characters.

Emphasis on "by accident" because like, just to be clear she's not actually a romance option in the story because you're on a heist to smuggle rubies made of Stone's blood while her Stone-blood doppelganger keeps leaking horrifying The Thing-like blood eels that are a subconscious representation of her desire for freedom from her cave or something. And the whole thing is more about terrifying deep sea survival with a bit of potential Admiralty intrigue at the beginning and end.

Also she's human but alas also French

nta but Worm fanfics were notorious on SB for various writers putting in sexually explicit stuff featuring the main characters, in particular there were a lot of ships for Taylor x Lisa, and the Mods had to crack down on it because virtually all the characters in question were underage both in canon and in story. The stories written by Ack were some of the worst, and most consistent, offenders as I recall.

I don't care whether it's morally wrong or not. I AM going to make a media company that acquires the rights to various franchises, insert my various expansion-based fetishes into them, and use various writing and entertainment perks that I've acquired through my chain to make it so the stories are still amazingly well done, beloved, and influential for generations to come. People will not be able to conceive of how the stories could have possibly been done without my fetishes inserted into them, and entire essays will be written on just how amazing my sequels and media were for every single element in them. My works will shape generations to come, shift beauty standards for the larger, and define the very meaning of the words "culture" and "art" forevermore.

Jumper has done the unthinkable and become a Baki character. Due to possessing the World and being a superhero, taking down Yujiro really doesn't take that much effort, about as much effort as it would've taken JoGOAT to take down Fraudkuna. From there on, everyone in the world just lives in simultaneous admiration and fear of Jumper as he travels around beating criminals to near death.

I'm playing wingman for Anakin, helping him to get laid before he reunites with Padme so he realizes 'yeah, you know what, this probably isn't a good idea'. Eve is really cute and I find her brutality against her enemies very endearing. Making a jump looks pretty doable, whoever ends up doing the likely origins look like they would be rather straightforward, the Naytiba origin might be tricky since those fuckers are really weird.

The way I see perks, is that if you just go to a jump where you can pick up a pretty good illusion magic, then when you go to a jump with better illusion magic, your old perk is going to waste. You will have spent CP on a power that you never use anymore, because the old one is better. On the other hand, if you pick up perks like "your illusions are more realistic", "illusions take less effort to cast", "pick a specialty. Magic of that specialty is better/stronger", etc, then when you get a new and better illusion magic from your new jump, your perks still remain applicable. Now they are just boosting your newer and better illusion magic to a superior level instead.

All too often the commoners don't appreciate or understand what truly matters
in this world, the talent that runs in the blood. You are descended from great
duelists of the past and have inherited the skill appropriate for a duel academy
elite along with their cards. In the future you'll find that you and your
descendants will continue to enjoy the fruits of your forefathers as any
remarkable trait or quality flows from one to the next. Fools without
foundations might call you unfair or nepotistic but you truly are the ones

not really, there are a few cases here there where some magic even that takes place during the duel manifests a new card in the deck(mostly in filler), but rarely does someone draw something they legitimately wouldn't have.

The closest is probably when people reveal situationally useful cards they have never used before that fit their situation perfectly, like when Yugi fist showed of Dark Magician Girl when dueling someone who also uses dark magician(meaning dark magician girl benefits from more DMs in the grave), or that filler when one character duels someone with a power armor deck and then reveals that he got his own power armor card he never used before.

Traps tend to be either too slow and weak to properly use, or some sort of toxic floodgate that some decks just can't out no matter what.
In random strategies they feel alright. But most decks that use it either abuse them or use them on top of another ultra toxic strategy.
Pretty sure decks like traptrix get less flack than stuff like lab or stun.
I don't mind them but that's because my naturia deck endboard is cactus bouncer + bamboo shot

I am gonna go full Bestial in Generic Universal Monster.
As in I'd be buying like 8 animalistic traits to enhance my jumper, such as bat eats, eagle eyes, a bear snout, goat horns, wings and the like.

What would be a good base animal to transform into with the Therioanthropy perk to modify with those kinds of traits?

>Animalistic [100 CP, first purchase free Bestial]- Your body has been touched by the wild side.
>Choose a trait from an animal, such as a fish's ability to breathe water, a wolf's heightened sense of smell, a cobra's venomous bite, or an ape's powerfully muscled arms. You gain this feature (though you may turn it on or off at will outside of a Bestial alt form) and can repurchase this Perk to gain additional ones.
>Therioanthropy [200 CP, discount Bestial]- You can transform into an animal. Or perhaps you were an animal and can now transform into a human? Either way, you gain the ability to transform back and forth from your normal form and an animal of your choice. This animal will possess great strength and durability regardless of its size.
>The Beast Among Us [400 CP, discount Bestial]- The monster you can see is terrifying but true horror comes from a predator who can don human form and walk unnoticed alongside their prey. You have become a consummate actor and hunter, easily able to isolate your prey from the rest of the herd, stalk them unseen, and come off looking completely innocent when the cops come to investigate. You also gain finer control over your alternate forms. You may decide how much an alternate form affects
your base form. This essentially gives you a slider, with your base form on one end and your current
alternate form on the other, allowing you to create a hybrid form with features from both. You still have
the full power of the alternate form, even if you choose to look entirely human.

>dog
>rat
>housecat
Good for subtlety/stealth/reconnaissance because you can go almost anywhere without people caring (or in the rat's case, noticing) you.

>big cat (any except cheetah)
Fast, dangerous, and (in most cases) good climbers.

>bird/bat
Similar advantages to the first three but also includes flight.

>snake
Exotic senses and/or poison.

Ultimately, it comes down to what you value more between endurance, subtlety, and mobility since any other reason is a hard sell since you're giving up weapons and other tools.

nta, but he could always do that, it's just an application of the luck magic we've seen from him since early on(like when he halve da die to roll a 7), hell when Mai was dueling Joey he even used it to make Joey draw Time Wizard and win the duel.

Quick check; who exactly was on the "Good Boy List" of deities in the Forgotten Realms again? thanks for the suggestions, the subtlety aspect isn't something I thought about and is worth taking into account. I was mostly concerned wtih what looked the coolest. But I do see the practical usefulness of something like a housecat or a a crow rarely seeming out of place.
>>92619149
Eh, I am going with horror movie logic on this, and the physiques of flight never really seem to concern winged monsters in stories like that.
>>
>>92619276
I did actually play imaginary yugioh with others like that as a kid, like without card or anything, just calling out the cards you wanted and then explaining the effects, where the other would respond, and this could basically be anything since rules didn't exist
it was actually pretty fun
>>
>>92619298
Card games were easier like that. Or when they drawings on paper.
>>
>>92619190
The easiest way is to think of it as a Miraluka having an absolutely flawless mental image of their surroundings at all times. It's not even similar to echolocation; the Miraluka can literally perceive everything around them through the Force at all times and at least out to several hundred meters. They can not only perceive intangible things like colors and light, they can do so to a level beyond any normal person's eyes. Even if you put a perfect illusion or hologram in front of a Miraluka, even one that flawlessly imitates the object's mass, they would know instantly that it isn't the real thing. The reason they don't have eyes isn't because they somehow lost them, it's because they literally evolved them away because they don't need them anymore. And they don't need them anymore because their senses are vastly better at literally everything than eyes are.

Yeah, it's pretty impressive. They're not even limited to range, either. Their ability to perceive subtle things like colors and light mean that they can also see things through them outside the range of their Force sense. For example, if you asked a Miraluka to describe the stars they could tell you what they look like. Their description might be a little weird due to how they're perceiving them but they can see them despite them being far beyond their Force Sight range because they can sense the light from them.

So, how does that interact with Force-resilient and Force-invisible species? Do Miraluka just not see them or is there a void in their perceptions? I recall there was a species that the Jedi just flat out couldn't perceive with force senses or precognition to the point where the Sith hired so many assassins of their kind they exhausted the pool entirely
>>
>>92619536
As long as the specues doesn't walk around naked thry can presumably feel the clothes on their person. The assassins you're talking about would be noticeable by their clothes and weapons, what the Miralukas would fail at is having precognition about their attacks.
The real reason those guys killed so many Jedi is that they bypassed their Spider Sense.

Marvel, Cerebro being the most obvious example, but we've seen other pieces of tech interact with psychic powers here and there.

DC also got some pieces like some martian technology that is interacted with psychic powers, tech that protect the user from psychich attacks or even the Thinking Cap, a super villain's tech gimmik that gives him various psychic powers.
>>

personally I like using the marvel jump and then just wanking that I am doing my own adaption of marvel, picking and choosing what I like, like most marvel fanfics not set in a tv show/movie do.

>>
>>92619584
are you asking for general ideas or suggestions for specific settings with cybernetics?
>>
>>92619632
The latter more than the former; Pokemon in general are ridiculously high-potential beings whose physical and metaphysical capabilities are frankly absurd once trained enough. I'm looking for settings that have cybernetics that could be an outright improvement over even a highly trained high-powered Pokemon.

[Forgotten Realms redux]

"We have seen enough. Outsider. You were not dealt with in good faith, and I grant you my mercy"

The battle with the Elder Evils had lasted exactly seven seconds the moment I had sensed a great incongruity in this reality. Ancient horrors lay sundered and smouldering around me as I drifted over their broken bodies. One of the two exceptions patiently waited as I infused it with my Essence-letting me tap a portion of it's nature, and protecting it's mind and body from ever being sundered with my own. Then Pandorym, the Utter Annihilation, drifted off to fulfil the contract initially proposed by it's summoners.

The destruction of the gods.

I turned to the other exception. The vaguely female torso sprouting out of it's worldskin was it's attempt to demonstrate understanding of the context for it's actions.

Satisfactory.

"Mother of monsters. We deem your crimes MERE manslaughter, and your repentance sincere. Take this token of our forgiveness, and carve a river of our peace through the far realms"

It accepted the white apple I imbued into it's worldskin. Rot and disease were replaced with Edenic verdence as high above this world, a passing celestial body left with renewed purpose.

"And. As for the rest of you"

Kyuss screamed. Father Llymic flailed in desperation. It wasn't nearly enough. Threads of golden mantra tinted platinum with the Shimmer of the Wishing Heart swept over them, like unwilling moths forced into their cocoons. The outside of those cocoons hardened into stately marble carved with stark reliefs of vines, wings, flowers.

"I am going to be brief. We have been sabotaged, and the sabotage is built into DIVINITY ITSELF. We would have passed judgement upon this world regardless, but this provocation demands an answer"

"Take aim at the highest plane. And in this one, we shall tear down the Wall of the Faithless"

The array swept across every sky in an instant. Blinding beams of light intersected with numbers mortal men were not meant to count in perfect circular geometries. Lined up with pinpoint precision to a portal in which the flames of Yomi Wan blazed eternal, and one where the Ein Soph's light shined eternal.

Every world, even those far beyond Aber-Toril, shook next from the blast of Crisis and Anti-Crisis Energy targeted directly at the true perpetuator-who would not die easily, even with the full force of my attention. My eschaton-jouten swept over multiple universes at once, burning eyes within wheels casting down baleful judgement.

From the portals to unbound light issued eight spheres-Ghosts writ large. From the portals to the blazing hells issued eight [knives] sharpened in the war of another world. Uncomprehending and fearful, all those below could only watch wrapped as Light and Darkness, Heaven and Hell, combined to form the true final shape.

The [Hexagon].

And the grid forced itself through the gap between life and death, to the worst place in this cosmos-filling and enveloping it with lesser [Hexagons] like a cocoon as I addressed those within.

"Greetings, ex-mortals" I said politely. "I've come to upend your world, for being a mockery of my perfect order"

There were screams of fear. There were howls of defiance, shouts of grief-but mostly there was pain.

"I have a proposition for you. All I really desire is direct access to the underlying divine working that has you imprisoned. As such, your resurrection is on the table fully in my interests"

Screaming.
Pain.
Pain.
...
Pain.

"However. If you resent your fate. If you would save others like yourselves. If you wish to be part of something greater than yourself, I would like to incorporate you into the tools I will use to conduct this great work. I would make of you, Exaltations"

2/7
>>
>>92619677
Most only desire an end to their suffering.
That is expected. Mortals are finite, their perspectives limited /and there is so much pain there's scarcely any mortal left in the things hung here to dry"

And yet.
Some resist.
Some examine the schema that Lucien and the Magnus present, as my fetiches enter the [Hexagonal Grid] that even now the gods are hammering desperately on the outside to see what is currently blocking off the souls of the unfaithful dead. Some gaze upon the portals to cosmic geysers, and watch as the [Hexagonal Grid] forges transcendent essences in the heat of my flame.

Some accept. For vengeance. For gratitude. And ironically, in a few cases for newfound faith.

And what of the gods? How do they react to reports of the Elder Evils (and Orcus) emergence, only to find gigantic cocoons imbued with Titanic Essence (and the bones of one roast pig)? How do they respond to godslaying light tearing through the skies to strike some unseen source?

They panic. They turn on each other with a selfishness that insults the humble rat; it is easier to believe this is a second Vecna than to accept the existence of beings greater than themselves. Some of the ones that style themselves "honourable" like Amaunator and the Red Knight rush to rally their followers. Most of them, even those not explicitly evil, vent their frustrations on their followers-taking credit for ongoing events, insisting they are the one truths even as they scramble to figure out what's actually going on.

The gods of this world are, after all, little better than men even without accounting for their collective atrocity of negligence.

There are a handful of exceptions. In a distant realm Hecate receives a key to a place far away from ongoing events. Paladine is offered a pokeball.

And Kelemvor is simply sent a note: "I remember your patronage. Be free"

3/7
>>
>>92619681
Kelemvor, and Kelemvor alone is given the privilege of angelic guidance to a designated sanctuary dimension prepared for him. There are jeers and shouts from the other gods, accusations of cowardice.

He simply looks back at them as the gravedigger sizes up the soon to be dead and says "Reap what you sow"

And as the gods vie among themselves for explanations, something passes at last through the [Hexagonal Grid] and back from death into life. Comets of burning pyreflame that go roaring across the land, each imbued with a terrible and voracious hunger that even gods fear. Trembling, Myrkul identifies it for what it is: The Spirit-Eater Curse, but usurped by some greater power.

Even he cannot explain the indestructible essence that lies at it's core, though.

The gods vent their disgust at the blasphemy. Then, they scream in horror as the curses hone in on them with the crackling fury of Light unbound and Darkness whittled with hatred. Many die to fill the hunger at their cores. Some attempt to fight them, quelling and sealing the curses-in this Shar is the most successful by tricking several into the Plane of Shadow, smugly banishing from the world.

She is horrified when one breaks out after a few days, and takes off her arm for it's trouble.

And as the mortals see their once-patrons hounded by relentless, inexhaustible essences, a new type of faith emerges. One preached by Gar and Blaize, of a savage era that the gods usurped from primordial beings-and of a new dawn where their own ivory towers are torn down by the providence of perfect order.

Some of those mortals look upon the failure of the gods not with despair or righteous rage but...hope. Be it opportunism, defiance or enlightenment.

And once bloated on the blood of gods, the corona of power enveloping the Spirit-Eater Exaltation chooses such mortals.

Deep within the [Hexagonal Grid], the last soul leaves for resurrection or Exaltation. And the data of every Elder Evil I have slain is analysed, refined, CULTIVATED to alloy my avatar in this world with Light, Darkness and the Wall. Atropus had no hope of reclaiming his mantle of Prime Mover but the hexagons extract what he was from what he died as. Zargon was indestructible even by gods as great as Asmodeus save for his horn, and the hexagons adapt out that weakness too. The Leviathan's Chaos is replaced by Law.

The most important contribution, ironically, comes from the brief gesture of redemption to Ragnorra. Within the [Hexagonal Grid] Light actualises possible versions of my local avatar and Darkness creates Nightmares from manifestations of their emotions. These sub-avatars converse, trade information and commune with my eschaton shintai as it directs the blast of energy against the true enemy. A key focus is Truenaming and the Ancient Language. In human terms, I am turning myself into a decryption device for a language that can rewrite reality on a level even beyond the gods.

A different analogy occurs
I am making an entire paper company's worth of machines to mass print character sheets, test them in whiteroom combat, and assembling a party out of the strongest builds.

Why is Ragnorra important to this? Because Ragnorra is an embodiment of life predating the designs of the gods, which through my ongoing unified theory of alchemy and grasp of the Life Sphere and Arcana, I can use to discern a specific biological makeup.

Like say, the lineage that allegedly connected Vecna to the Ancient Brethren.

The multitude of avatars obtain information: The divine light fractures on contact with the enemy. Ao is intervening, and some of the gods are assisting.

This will not be permitted.

The cocoon does not shatter. The Darkness merges it with my avatars into a Final Shape.

Incarnae and Yama Kings cover each other as they rain calamity upon the gods from above. Ao's first attack grinds multitudes to dust-but their essences are reconstituted by the laws of my cosmos.

And he turns instead upon the Spirit-Eater Exalted rushing the gods as the divine multitudes shower them with all manner of blessings to accelerate their transcendence. He brings down a wrath he knows will render gods mortal, and mortals dust. It shocks him to his core that not every Exalt dies, and those that do merely release voracious Exaltations restarting their killing sprees.

One opening is all that's needed for their baneful powers to bring even Ao to his knees, even as my subjects bring the Exalted within reach of him.

"Quick! Split his mind and body!"
"Out of the way fool, clearly shattering a horn can make him vulnerable!"
"Vulnerable?! We clearly have no recourse but to banish him to the Far Realms!"
"Then why is it not working? Where do all these hexagons keep coming from?!"

"Because by powerscaling|the Logic of the Sword" I said, in a language that made their ears bleed. "I am more than the sum of my foes' parts"

I am smote. I am cursed and struck. It matters not. I walk through the gods, and they crash against me, breaking like waves of meta and gristle. The Banefog merely burns away dross, refining what is left beneath. In six steps, I have reached the level of an overdeity. Ao turns towards me in a panic. YOU SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH YOUR MASTER'S EXECUTION I tell him, driving him to his knees. Twelve steps through fighting, shouting, even begging gods. Asmodeus takes one look at me and runs for the hills.

I am an Ancient Brethren.

I look straight at Ao's master, and again in the Language Primeval I tell him YOUR SETTING IS BAD, AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD.

And I pull out a gun made of Light, and shoot a bullet of Darkness right into the notional space between a theoretical GM's eyes.

6/7
>>
>>92619699
Let an all-seeing eye pull back away from Ao's cry of grief, and the gods' screams of despair. Let us turn our gaze away from the screaming of the gods as Light and Darkness falls upon them.

And look upon Aber-Toril, a thousand years later.

It is a golden age. Men cry for the sun to bear them on beams of light, sing banquets from the soil and tell tales of ancient champions to fill themselves with their strength. Women sing their children songs of lost glories that manifest briefly around them, raise castles of jewels by storytelling them and inscribe timeless tomes of wisdom by holding debates with their reflections. In the distance, travellers board ships to crystal spheres or colonies in the Far Realms, while scholars ponder the miracles used to transform Athas from a wasteland to a garden of worldly delights.

High above all speakers of True Names rule the Spirit-Eating Demiurges, and the Faithless Viziers watch over their souls. They sit on golden thrones consuming not faith, but the simple gratitude and contentment of men (and elves, and dwarfs, and all manner of other races) exulting in the joys of existence. They accept no offerings, brook no statues nor sacrifices. "We did not fight the gods merely to replace them" they tell their subjects.

"And what are gods?" ask the youngest among them. With great kindness, they show them the last trace of the old Aber-Toril

The Wall of the Faithful.

No mortal's soul lies here. Only the gods, strangled with Darkness. Seared by Light. Taxidermied, forced by unbreakable oaths to manage their domains with painful efficiency-or in the case of those deemed unnecessary, to seal them forever. Crowning them all are Shar and Selune, one being again after I chopped them in half and stitched them together. And a very smug Kelemvor supervises the Wall as the last free god, and their eternal warden.

Maybe something that removes the limits of their stamina? Even if you ignore PP as a singular power, there does seem to be a limit how much pokemon can exert themselves without becoming tired, be it using a lot of moves in succession, certain moves requiring rest after(hyper beam, blast burn, frenzy plant and the like) and some moves just becomign more unreliable as you use them like Protect or Endure.

The strongest option for that would probably turning them into infinite energy androids in Dragon Ball, but that is a bit too high power, so I personally prefer this perk in Duel Monsters Shadow Realm.
>Metalmorph(400): Flesh and machine are very separate worlds, but not so much in your hands. You’ve learned the secret of changing biological forms into machines, converting them into stronger metallic bodies and opening their forms to easy augmentation with the power of science. This allows them to easily have technology built into them and to have the benefits of being a tireless, powerful machine with none of the downsides to being just an average meatbag...of course, the subject will retain their original personality from the change. Unless you make some ‘modifications’, of course. As with the others, this process takes time to accomplish, and those you try to mold into drones will likely resist. Violently. What do you plan on using this for, I wonder…?
Though that would probably add a steel type onto them(potentially resulting in pokemon with three types, like how trick or treat adds ghost types to pokemon).

Correct on both fronts. There's 3 wars total but only the first 2 have Jumps. Usually ends in a cataclysmic manner that leaves all 4 tribes extinct except for a few to rebuild things from the ground up. Part 2 features the appearance of Sophia, one of the gods responsible for the creation of DT. The other is in part 3. Neither are friendly & would gladly destroy the world over again in order to have their way.

Do you think the power of Diana in DC Earth 2 would apply beyond the individual sense, to see the weakness in army formations, or a castle, or a group of bodyguards and the like?
>>
>>92620012
personally I dont think so, since Diana is a goddess of the Hunt, while what you want is the power of a goddess of war. So you'd probably need to stack the blessing of Minerva on top of that to achieve what you want.

>Many ship pages on Wookiepedia tell you the approximate credit value of the ship as well.

A really nice freighter that can easily be fitted into a frigate is the gozanti class cruiser. Its can lift two walkers at once when already loaded and has a good amount of size. Best part is it only costs 200k credits. My plan is to go to a casino, dump my 50k credits on something, win big, and settle with the owners of the casino for a ship and an extra 50k.

Trickster: the user can dash around incredibly quickly and even teleport short distances.
Gunslinger: the user wields ranged weapons with supernatural proficiency, scaling up their strength and projectile speed to match the physical abilities of the user as well as allowing for similar supernatural techniques as swordmaster.
Royalguard: the user can block absolutely any attack, though they must time the block perfectly. These blocks build up energy in the user, allowing them to release it later to unleash an absurdly devastating attack.

>>92620258
I'm sure you can find a hermit from eras way before that. It was a common religious practice in the Middle East and China for thousands of years. Don't give up your dream of summoning some hobo who lives in a mountain, or the desert, or a mountain in the middle of the desert.

>>92620262
don't know how serious are the (?) but i'll try to explain anyway
illya is the grail, that's accurate but kuro his basically the clone/alternate version of the illya of another universe, the mousegirl servant is that daikokuten doesn't want to come and send his servants within his saint graph, the loli da vinci is just an homunculus of the original in case she died, the original is similar to her ideal of beauty, the mona lisa, as far as i know the whore of babylon isn't a grail she just has some, and she became that monster because of the real life association between rome, in particular Nero, and the whore of babylon because of catholic propaganda
>>
>>92620241
Nope.
Literally just a dude from a weird tribe that trains real hard in the mountains who came to experience city life, there's not even ever any indication he's particularly outstanding by his village's standards.

And yes, Nasu has more or less decided none of the rules matter as long as a character is iconic enough to shill or as long as (current thing he's super hyped about) matters enough to rewrite the entire story around. And that's why random fairies can be alternate universe Morgan le Fays, and why ORT's heart can manifest as a cute wife.

>>92619779
Well for a start all the gods are complicit in the Wall of the Faithless business so in my book at least, merely being good-aligned isn't enough because nobody stood up for Kelemvor when he tried to oppose the soul racket. So I'm only picking out gods that went above, beyond and against their own interests to do the right thing:

>Deneir: Sacrificed himself to keep the Weave running when Mystra died
>Ilmater: His creed is about easing suffering so at least he's trying to better things while people are still alive, which is more than can be said for most. Doesn't turn away anyone either as long as their faith is earnest. Called the Broken God for a reason.

And yeah, that's about it. Special mentions go to: Helm, who while I wouldn't exactly say is GOOD is also the only god who can be trusted to always do his fucking job. Ubtao, who isn't even really a god but a Primordial (not to be confused with the Exalted type) who sold out his own kind (again, NOT AUTOCHTHON) for a cushy position, punished a wicked city once and then kinda withdrew himself from mortal affairs. Also likes dinosaurs. And the Red Knight, basically the Athena of the setting but works for the Ares of the setting. Rational, good-humoured and likes jokes. Also the neutral arbiter of strategic warfare (as opposed to the Goku-like attitude to war Tempus personifies). Honestly I'd be fine with her and Tempus if they opposed the Wall.
>>
>>92620328
According to the explicit text of Mahoyo, Souujurou is just a normal fucking human with no special abilities who happens to hard counter a certain monster. The powerscalers are the one who insist he's actually OP or whatever.
He's just some fucking guy, Shirou has an advantage over him because even at his most shitterly state he can improvise a decent weapon with magecraft (at great pains) and beat him to death with it
>>
>>92620241
servants aren't just heroic spirits anymore, and can include copies of other people since quite a while. Though strictly speaking you dont need to be famous to become a Heroic Spirit, theoretically anyone could be empowered by the world to defeat a thread and be recorded in the throne without anyone finding out about it, but such a hero would receive no fame boost at all and would be super hard to find a catalyst for. The closest to taht would probably be Emiya, but his literal contract with the world is a bit different.
>>92620258
NTA, but that rule was removed years ago
>You may summon Servants from the past or future or even the present when taking this option through the jump. Within the setting, this becomes unlikely to the point of nigh impossibility, but you’ve been given a bit of an allowance

i'm not powerscaling, and the most impressive thing was hitting lugh beowulf, an elemental with misteries older than arcueid, so hard that he tought he would die, wich weakened him, he wasn't his natural counter, he just was really powerful, i'm a secondary regarding mahou tsukai so if i'm wrong explain why without namecalling, since by what i know it's word of god he's the strongest
>>
>>92620348
nta, but Nasu himself said in 2012 that Souujurou fresh from the Mountains is the strongest main character in Type Moon
>"For example, when Soujuro first arrived from the mountains in Chapter 1, he was stronger than any other TYPE-MOON protagonist. As he got used to civilization, and settled down as an "individual," he gradually became weaker."

Kid's got hands for days for a regular-ass dude, even if it shattered his fucking arms it takes skill AND brawn to hit a thing with fur as hard as steel hard enough to briefly stop it's heart. Could you PLEASE learn to use capitalization and punctuation?
>>
>>92620377
Sorry, didn't think it was troublesome i will try to be more careful about it
>>
>>92620368
Nah that's correct. Souj doesn't have Elemental kryptonite fists, it's more the idea that the way nature spirit-like beings perceive themselves can have drastic impacts on how they actually function so Lugh got weaker because he was scared. Like a soldier with PTSD except because his powers are part of his physiology "I'm less violent because I'm scared" is tantamount to him actually being weakened from fear anyway.

It's similar to the idea Enkidu became less powerful after he fucked that one sacred prostitute and changed form, but in an initially more negative context.
>>
>>92620372
>As he got used to civilization, and settled down as an "individual," he gradually became weaker."
Every single Japanese shonen writer is 100% convinced that the secret to strenght isn't training, genetics, talent, or size, but autism. Like, the more of a low functioning, low IQ autist a nigga is, the bigger his power level.
>>
>>92620368
>he wasn't his natural counter,
He was, you retard secondary, Souujurou being isolated is exactly why he's able to hurt Lugh (who resists all modern inventions and magecraft because of his age).
And Lugh wasn't going to die. He regenerates instantly from the damage. He panicked because he has literally never been hurt and the second Soujuurou hit him hard enough he realized that he could actually feel pain, be hurt and possibly die, which made him go into a panic attack.
>>
>>92620387
Individual "i"s are capitalized as well.
>>
>>92620373
>Nasu just has a funny idea about what "human who has been living in the wild and training like a motherfucker" is actually capable of like many martial arts mangakas.
he also reuses the concept in both his other stories at a time as that is exactly how the Nanaya family lived in Tsukihime, which gave them the ability to match servant level entities with human bodies and skill alone, and in Fate it's revealed that Sasaki was just some random guy living in the woods constnatly training his sword skills until he became able to do a sword slash that violates reality on the level of magic, which he used to kill a swallow on the level of a dragon.
>>
>>92620388
Yes i know Lugh was weakened by his fear of death, but it still was a result of Soujurou's power if he had that fear in the first place

Learn to read, i said tought he was going to die, i know he could regen, it's still ridicously powerful, and being isolated isn't enough to destroy an elemental heart alone, elemental wich if you remember allowed touko to fight an elder title, wich was therefore older from lugh, that has just a mistery of the 18th century compared to someone of the age of gods

it's possible it's just some ancient monster that survived for a long ass time. Most truly powerful monsters in fate disapeared with the age of gods, but we know that on island nations like Britain or Japan it lingered a few additional centuries, and we know that more modern monsters usually survive away from civlization, sometimes even acnient ones do if they're sealed away or something.
Living long does also help them gain power, as older=better in fate, like the Elemental Wolf Lugh Beowulf in Mahou.

Alternatively it may just have eaten something for an immense power boost like that tree which ate a vampire and became a super powerful vampire forest. Maybe that swallow just lucked into finding a Divine Corpse and ate it.

My biggest issue with FGO Noble Phantasms is that 90% of the time we have no fucking idea of what they do.
As far as I know, The Domination Beginning just makes everyone see a close-up of QSH's face. The section in the mats with his NP literally just says "this NP takes effect."
BITCH WHAT EFFECT

Would Occlumency help with dark side mental corruption?

Doubtful
>>
>>92621073
Occulmency works through your own discipline and control over your emtions to protect your mind from outside influences, so it does likely offer some help, but it's probably not flawless if you do give into the dark side a little and allow your emotions to overwhelm you for additional power, which could put you on a downwards spiral resulting in you not only being corrupted to the dark side, but being unable to use Occlumency as well.

See, Arthur Conan Doyle, this is what we call introducing a plothole. Yes, she wasn't invented yet. But now that she is invented, one needs to take their place in the story into account. And her place in the story makes absolutely no sense. She was just sealed up in a place that anybody could find, and the seal was not particularly hidden. There is no Watsonian explanation for why she was not a factor earlier in the plot and plenty of reasons why she should have been involved far ealier if she did exist. The fact that she wasn't, the fact that she wasn't even hidden, the fact that she was so easily found and unsealed, leads to her existence being a retroactive plothole for the rest of the series.

Counterpoint: quite a lot of artifacts/items are hidden by obscurity. Even if they're legendary, most people don't know where they are or if they're even real. Having metaknowledge lets you circumvent this issue and find major artifacts or items that have been lost/hidden/forgotten that otherwise go untouched until some unknowing schmuck stumbles across them.

Is there any lore reason why you can't worship more than one deity in Pathfinder? What if i wants to worship Desna, the sun goddess, and Shelyn as a trinity?

Also im trying to make a divinely empowered wandering shirtless warrior build. Already set on taking the sorcerer and oracle classes for the divine empowered part, but what martial class would fit the rest of the theme the most? I offer Booba as payment.

Lore reason? None whatsoever. They only get power from one, but they can pray to many gods without issue. Your trinity for instace, would see nothing wrong with your prayers, but only one of them would actually accept you as a priest.
The only armorless guys I ever seem are Monk/Barbarians.
Blood Ragers are a Barbarian+Sorcerer hybrid class that is draw without armor a lot, but the character sheets always have them.

nta, but I am pretty sure that the majority of mages use magecraft to use money, from family heads maintaining and renting out leylines and making patents, to specialistis selling thier mystic codes/creations, to mercenaries just selling their services in performign spells for others or killing with magic on their behalf.

From what we see making money is like the only common use of magecraft outside of combat and using magecaft for scholary purpose.

It looks fun, the gameplay reminds me a bit of soulsgames, the overall plot was a bit predictable once you got the first clues of the actual lore, certain character relationships like the bond between Eve and Tachy could have been fleshed out a bit more since the game doesn't give you much reason to care about it like it does with the bonds between Eve and Adam or Eve and Lily. Everyone looks good besides when deformities are intentional, I think the one with the biggest tits is the batshit crazy yandere boss. I would say it's somewhere in the middle between your spectrum.

>Defense
Most superhero settings thanks to material composition alone. The Incredibles is a great place for a basic one since you can also get that mass produced set that copies the main one's upgrades for your whole squad. From there, most of our Marvel jumps offer plenty of ways to customize it further with various metal weaves/alloys or Unstable Molecules.
>Allure
The above, Taimanin, Yuna and the Haunted Hot Springs, and/or Ayakashi Triangle. While it's sort of glossed over, that last one comes with a temperature control enchantment among a few other minor ones.
>Stat Boosting
Most supernatural settings offer this, though there some imports you might want to look into like the power armor available in The Batman. Magical girl transformation trinkets and henshin belts fit this need pretty well.
>"presence concealment"
D.Y.N. Freaks for Kitted Out, on account of some weirdly specific Demonbane lore.
>>
>>92623067
Action Taimanin's opening cinematic shows the girls deploying their suits like magical girl transformations and the wiki says they're supposed to help with Taima particle usage. The fact that they're reputed to be bulletproof even when they show off a ton of skin makes me think their armor benefits might be derived from taima particles rather than their physical construction.

I mean, Abyssals and Infernals are already examples of sucessful alterations to solar exaltations.

>>
>>92623040
If you are running on fiction logic naybe reinacting scenes from books, manga, or tv to do effects would work? Like cosplay to enhance a ritual. I specced hard into entropy and spirit magic myself so that I could do stuff like toss a stick and have it land pointing in the direction I need to go or use my spirit magic and entropy to bind evil spirits for personal servants to do my bidding and my rituals are like a mix of shaman magic and onmyoji stuff since my tools are mana infused ink and a brush that grew out from just being inspired by naruto fuinjutsu bindings.

I love talking to people about their mage paradigms.

>>
>>92623110
honestly the hard part about altering them is catching them in the first place. but altering them is easy hell the great curse was made like that. as long as your not making them weaker. diminishing is the only thing they can't do since even if all of oblivion swallowed creation the exaltions will still survive.
>>

What is a thread but a miserable pile of builds?
>>
>>92622796
That just seems needlessly cruel, Im not trying to make them sith.
>>
>>92623354
You say that but we only get several dozen builds out of nearly a thousand posts on a good day. Miserable lack of builds more like it.
>>
>>92623367
Post builds then.

>what's your favorite type of -dere? Also, lolis, jk, or hag?
Deredere (Hinata type from Naruto) and loli.
>>
>>92623368
Already did when anon asked above.
>>
>>92623367
problem is that builds alone aren't interesting, the character limit doesen't allow for anything but superficial summaries of what you do there, and the single player nature of the 'game' makes most people not inclined to show their summaries/writefaggins anyway.
>>
>>92618483
Obviously deredere.
Hags are good, but in animeland jks are basically the equivalent of real world early 20s, before girls start to approach the Wall.

Arrive early enough to prevent the Forsaken joining the Horde and you can head off most of the factionalism nonsense before it starts.

The undeads bullshit is responsible for most of the pre Thrall-retirement fighting between the Horde and Alliance. Squash it early enough and you'll prevent so much crap.

Summer Tamamo also drug rapes the protagonist.

Because the knowledge from the setting comes from thread memes and FR gods live rent free in his head because of it.

Hanako (Katawa Shoujo), Weiss and Cinder (RWBY), Malice and Nailah (Fire Emblem), Sakura (Danganronpa), Chris (KonoSuba), Francis Drake and Jack the Ripper (Nasuverse), Mizuna Trude (Log Horizon), Miss Lady (Devil May Cry),

An underappreciated archetype. Honest girls are cute too.

Post zombie waifus.
>>
Best early chain waifus for a shy, awkward lesbian jumper?
>>
>>92618056
You should jump Free Cities, you can literally turn your city into an architect society. That's where I went for Mature women and murdered loliniggers...
>>
>>92623328
Dude stopped due to irl problems if memory serves.

Yuri Alpha from Overlord(technically a Dullahan, but those are just an advanced Zombie race)
Mumei from Kabaneri
Cindry in One Piece
Liv from IZombie(we dont have a jump, but you can use Generic Paranormal Romance if you really wanted too)

>>Color Mage/Magic on the Brain plus the DP would make you roughly around Roswaal's level in the affinities you have.
So basically, I should be at least equal to Roswaal in all affinities I have, and stronger than him with Yin & Yang. But I don't know how Roswaal himself stacks up against it. Although I assume he would probably be easily able to kill it.

Color Mage (Yin & Yang) 700

Magic On The Brain 300
Divine Protection Of Sorcery (all elements) -500

Roswaal using all affinities and the magic combining stuff was put on the same level as Puck in his beast form. Puck I believe beat the whale in one timeline that Echidna has shown.
