Who or what is the main threat in the current RPG campaign you're playing in?
At first it was a barbarian incursion, but currently we just walked into some kind of fucked up cult demonic sacrifice portal after uncovering some kind of conspiracy in the city, so maybe the barbarians are still somehow involved but I think that something greater is gonna be main villain.

It's a Jigsaw-esque serial killer who has developed a mathematical equation to identify people who are at risk of becoming a vector for supernatural contagion. These people are murdered before it can happen and they pose a threat, which makes it very hard to tell if the killers system works at all. It does work.

Planeswalker that has been trapped because the long forgotten dimensional door he thought he could use is several miles below the surface. He is currently trying to get the components needed for a spell that would invert that entire mass of rock including the kingdom my PCs are living in.
