That’s because even if he wouldn’t turn down a pretty girl in most circumstances, Leo’s especially into women with a strong character. Smoke fits the bill because she seems a little rough around the edges, despite her “by the book” ideals. Comet’s too interested in wealth, Kasumi’s too hopeful that she can come back to the Hero Association, but Smoke? She’s a tough gal that can handle a hand-to-hand fight (if she uses Qi, I guess) AND she could probably keep up in… other areas, too. Drazil's could be orchestral or even artcore with prominent use of harpsichords which is usually what I associate with gothic related themes like vampires. It actually takes quite a bit of wrongdoing for him to straight up kill someone, he mostly goes for the disabling and calling the authorities. But I guess those cases don't make the news as much as the killings, and his MO does mean he sometimes kills people the authorities/press considers innocent because of his sin perception. I didn't mean for it to appear like that but this kind of emergent narrative is interesting so I will consider it a feature and not a bug. It's a 20% boost on our basic profiency, each point is worth the exact same as any other. Though I'd have to say the best way to go wide and not deep is to invest into a ton of subskills since that'll give you more returns in having a huge range of skills to compensate for a lower amount of expertise.

People would be a lot less resistant to getting rid of MHA is we could just revive runs instead of killing them forever. People don't want to lose MHA, that's a fact, but this goes for all MPs. Just look at the state of the current threads, people are scared to post builds to not burn them and are scared to start runs for the same reason. If revivals were allowed we would have a lot less problems in general and there would be nowhere near this much resistance to stop posting MHA.

Instead of corruption and fame chasing the reason vigilantes don't just become pro heroes is because they either dislike paperwork or were banned. I had a fun thought for Vivian & V in their fighting game intro on the training stage to have unique dialogue with each other fighter where she points out a weak point in their strategy. It'd be like a small tip for the V player to try a certain strategy and for the opposing player as something to work on having a counter plan to.Something like "Okay, Kaya, your defenses are impeccable, but how well do you handle speedier opponents?"It unfortunately won't be able to be made like that because I lack enough fighting game knowledge to be able to pull that off, but I like the idea.
