The sister (a regular human in power armor with a power sword and plasma pistol) fights with skill and tries to stay at range as long as possible while the ork is just raw power and refuses to die even when it should. It takes the power sword across the gut and then through the skull before it dies, but orks are notoriously resilient, and it shanks her in the side as it dies. The whole thing plays out basically like a Kill Team melee fight and ends about as one expects one of those might. Just defeating an ork in close combat is a feat for any unaugmented human, regardless of their gear.
