How evil is the BBEG in your campaign? Like on a scale of Dr. Doofenshmirtz to Adolf Hitler?

There is no BBEG in our current game, if player actions and desires don't lead to one. The current main antagonist is a shrewd daimyo that is collaborating with oni to research fusion between humans and demons as a step on the way to attain immortality. He secretly is working towards this goal to gift immortality to the imperial family, so he is completely loyal. The thing is, the imperial court may very well be ok with his methods if they lead to good results.

But he does have his genuine believes he's doing the right thing and shows sympathy towards people he considers innocent.It's a Touhou campaign, and he's honestly a better person than 99% of the actual Touhou cast.
